Dale Jr's wheel was loose after the last pitstop and at the same time, his rear axel was giving away. I doubt he will win this year. He has a tendency to over rev the cars when leaving pit lanes and he waits til the last second to shift gears in the car. He is hurting the engines by doing this. Tony Eury Jr is working with him to get him to stop last i heard. Please don't blame DEI for his mistakes.

i do no longer be responsive to if it became me, yet Friday they have been commenting in the process happy Hour, that the engines are elementary to lose capability the longer you run them, extra so than the "non' plate engines... The engines rather recognized like they fell a great deal the former day, from the beginning off to the tip. by the a hundred and sixty lap mark, it became extra like watching go carts, the engines rather had no fireplace under them like they did on the 1st laps... even although the communities have had prepare and dyno's back on the shops, I merely ask your self how lots extra tweaking is critical for the engines with the bigger plate... on an analogous token, all those laps under warning did no longer help issues the two, being they have the noses taped up lots... there became purely one engine failure for the day, yet you do no longer could desire to blow an engine to have intense compression loss, could bring about a loss of capability. to no longer point out tugging around mountain in the back of them on the trunk lid. i actually think of that they be responsive to on those plate tracks they have a diverse placed on concern, like they pronounced all weekend, the previous spoiler became waiting to be hidden in the back of the aerodynamics's of the vehicle itself, much less stressful that this version of the spoiler and is leaving the engines doing an uphill climb 499 miles... So on the instant, i do no longer think of it became a actuality of drivers easily falling off as lots because of the fact the engines have been slowly getting weaker because of the fact the race went on... the vehicle that weakened down the least had the specific income... very reminiscent of on the instant, the human beings that hung around the back all day and did no longer something, have been the victors and those that battled on the front all day spent their equipment...

Wooley Bulley is right..I heard an interview with Junior during testing in Atlanta..he said they'd had problems with that tire all day...that the threads were stripped and the lug nuts kept working loose.

We will probably never know, If they do come up with a theory
1/2 of us wouldn`t believe it.
Maybe we can look another direction, just maybe if the tire had stayed on he would have gotten to a couple cars, that wouldn`t have budged it could have caused a fire and
burned 2or3 drivers (Richard-the king-Petty).. has said it best DON`T EVER PUT A QUESTION MARK WHERE GOD
HAS ALREADY PUT A PERIOD

In the NSSN paper that came, Jr says he believes there was a problem with the hub. Said during the race they kept having loose lug nuts on that wheel.

I doubt anyone on the 8 crew could figure out what happened. They have given no answers on the engine failures so I doubt we will ever hear about the wheel. I seriously doubt the engine in the 8 will finish the race sunday.

The guys that work on the cars go to training for a three day period to learn how to work on them.

They don't sometimes work on the engine, and sometimes work on tires. They are tire guys.

That guy must have been sick on "lug nut" day.....

He was complaining all race about that wheel, I guess the dumb pit crew ignored it, I heard they looked at it...well someone needs glasses, a loose wheel/loose lug nuts won't last a entire race...yep we know what happened, that wheel came off big time....again Jr kept his cool he even had a sense of humor about it....

Go Dale Jr...win at texas...
(may no engine blow....and all your wheels stay on)
