Your answer was answered yesterday by the win of Patriots 24-20 against the Colts. There was suspect officiating in favor of the Colts. Patriots showed weakness in pass protection against pass rush. They also showed weakness in running and defending against the run. I don't think Maroney is the running back of the future. He gets hurt easily. I'd rather have Dillion back. From what I read,he wants to be back. The Patriots need sign a running back who doesn't get hurt easily. The Patriots need a balanced offense in order to win the AFC.championship against the Colts.
also...save for that long TD pass to Addai, Manning doesn't seem all that great with Marvin Harrison out. Manning has always had Marvin Harrison until this season. The difference of not having Harrison in a big game is noticeable.
Randy Moss....what can I say about that guy.....well.....he is the receiving weapon that Brady needed and made the difference.....Stalworth and Welker too.
That's my 2 cents in regards to the game.

HA HA!!!!!!!!! Colts lost at home. There is huge cover up going on the audio problems. They had one player played out of his mind and still lost. Oh and Payton still looks goofy. The question should be; Why are the Pats the best team in the nfl.

I am about sick of people bitching about The Patriots.
They got caught.. and the OTHER teams did not.
Who cares, they are still one of the best teams in nfl history. If they were losing each game..... no one would still be talking about it.
I call it being a sore loser. If you do not want them to score 50 points in a game, try defending against them.
If you are a colts fan, would you complain if your team was scoring 50 points a game?
They are ridiculously talented. Deal with it, or don't watch the games

No... heres my prediction...
The colts will win the game b/c the Patriots haven't really played any good teams (the 0-8 Dolphins for instance... who have scored the most points on them this season) and the Colt's have the # 1 passing defense. Plus Addai will score about 3 tds, Sanders will get a couple picks, and Freeney is gonna injure Brady... oh yeah and the Colts are gonna run up the score just like the Pats have been doing all year just to make Belichick mad

And then the fallout, well they lost cuz of ummm the flu, it hit the whole team hard so no one was up on there game.

Pats are obviously cheating every game....its too obvious....they shut out Was 45-0 before they finally let up and Redskins are obviously 1 of the better teams in the league. I still have to believe the colts will find a way to win becuase they audible so much

Why do patriot fans always defend them cheating? I would be so pissed if i were you about this. Aparently they didnt need to cheat, so then why did or do they? They just ruined a dynasty of a great team and will always be known for cheating. They have awesome players and 3 current superbowls and will always be overshadowed by these cheating events (dont forget about Green Bay last year). It seems you still defend your favorite team cheating as long as they get wins. This problem had too light of a punishment because nobody cares about cheating it seems.
