Ive heard a lot of you guys saying in response to the Pats running up the score that you didnt have a problem with but the Pats shouldnt complain when other teams start taking cheap shots at knees and trying to hurt other players. That doesnt make sense to me, the Pats shouldnt have to fear injury because the score to many points. Do you seriously believe that the Pats putting a lot of points on the boards deserves dirty hits from other players?

I figured it's bad enough that Coach wouldn't have someone in his corner against Hornswoggle and knowing the WWE, they were gonna have Little Bastard pull one of the hat, but then MICK FOLEY was the special referee.

I was so pis#ed that I changed the channel. I just looked it up on WWE.com just now and saw that Coach OBVIOUSLY lost and got screwed over ONCE AGAIN. I am so sick and tired of this crap always being dumped on Coach. I want Coach to kick as# and come out on top and enjoy some glory like all the other heels do half the time.


This whole "Coach getting screwed over again as usual" is really getting on my nerves big time.

Who needs that post-season loser? His pouty antics on the bench and the "I'm not loved" atitude is gone.
All us Yankee fans should say Halellujeh!. Remember this everywhere he's gone has become a conflict in the making. When he was in Seattle he was Me Me Me. When he was traded to the Rangers he was more intetested in his own stats than the outcome of the games. Yeah he'e an offensive machine in the regular season but where is he when he's needed in the postseason. I say Good Riddance. Maybe the Yankees will get back to "Team " baseball.

With Arod opting out from the Yankees to pursue a 300 hundred million dollar contract, and players saying they would leave if their manager wasn't brought back......Has the control shifted to the players now more than the franchise? Is it time for a salary cap to be implemented? Owners who want to win will maximize their spending and owners (hmmm, hmmm Pittsburgh Pirates) who could care less about putting a good product on the field will spend the least. It seems to keep players a little more grounded with football. It's hard to root for these guys when they're in and out so fast because of money or because they're unhappy about an administartive decision. If Steinbrenner took orders from these players, Mattingly would probably still be at first base and Bernie Williams would be batting clean up.

did David Pearson also get the same engines? Then in 1965 Chrysler boycotted NASCAR after Bill France Sr. banned the 426 from competition because of the unfair advantage it afforded the drivers that used it. Both Richard and David did some drag racing that year because of the boycott. How did they do and did they ever race against each other during that time? Petty was also in a bad accident while drag racing that year and killed an 8 year old boy that was a spectator. Seven other people were injured as well. Does anyone know more about this story or what caused it? Thank you, I tried finding more information on these subjects but could only find bits and pieces. FYI, Bill France was forced to let Chrysler use the 426 again, in late July of 1965, due to diminishing ticket sales.

The Dodgers are planning on firing Grady Little and replacing him with Joe Torre who in return wants to bring Don mattingly along with him. What are your thoughts on all of that? How do you think it will all play out? Do you think guys such as Jroge Posada, Andy Pettite, Roger Clemens, and perhaps Mariano Rivera might sign with the Los Angeles Dodgers? I have read some statements today that have bothered me.
People saying God doesn't exist, and comparing the Creator to the "tooth-fairy"?!!
My God has a place in every phase of my life.
To say he isn't real, or to belittle his involvement in sports, is to degrade every team who says a team prayer before the game, every player who bends a knee and thanks Him during a game, and every player and fan who says a prayer for someone injured during a game.
I am not trying to be melodramatic, but in my opinion, God should be included in every part of our lives.

Heres the deal, I am playing in a 10 team 2 division league. It is a keeper league. The pay out for first place is 5k which to me is a lot of money. I am currently 4 and 4 but would be 7 and 1 if I would have gotten any production from my qb position, I have not started the right qb at the right time. Here is my line up, QBs- Warner, Brees, Griese. RBs- Tomlinson, Lynch, T. Jones, S. Young, J. Chapman, D. Ward. WRs- C. Johnson, D. Driver, D. Mason. TE- Cooley, K- Brown. We start individual defensive players but I am ok there. Here is my question, with my team, do you think it is a good enough team to keep and make a run at the title as is or do you think I should try to upgrade my wr position. I have been talking to a couple teams and I could give up something like either T. Jones, Chapman, or Young with Driver or Mason for either S. Smith or A. Bouldin or maybe R. Wayne. I might also have to give up D. Dockett (DL Az) in addition to one of the rbs and wrs.
