Is it because they realise they are 0-8 in all bowl games against SEC team and they might have to play another one in the National Championship game.. Honestly I think BC has a better chance to win out.

Since fighting questions appear to be popular today....

Fighting is way up this season so far and it would appear that the enforcers role is far from dead, I started thinking about some of the better AHL fighters I had seen in the last few years and wondering about the chance of them getting a shot back up in the NHL.
The one name that I couldn't stop thinking about was Brandon Sugden. He was a great heavyweight fighter for the Syracuse Crunch, I saw him destroy Bonvie in person in Hershey and I know that he has won fights against McGratton, Koci, Boogaard, and Ivanans.
It just seems strange to me that a guy that I considered a better fighter than all of those guys I listed above never got a shot and they all did.
It couldn't be because he is any worse of a player than Boogaard, that would be impossible, so does anybody know anything about Sugden and where he is at?

Slow roasted goat or homemade wild boar brunswick stew?

I like cooking the goat wrapped in bannana leaves and spices in a ground oven.

The brunswick stew is cooked all day in a black pot outside. Makes all the neighbors really hungry.

If I served either would you come to my party??? If so, then what would you bring? Creativity gets the 10.

There's a lot of talk this year about uniforms. I was thinking, "Who am I, to say that a uniform is ugly or not." I am not an advertising/marketing major, and I really am not a fashion expert (haven't been to a mall in about 3 years, but have been to the hardware store 3 times this week). No, I'm not a lesbian, just bought a old house. On to the question:

First of all I personally believe it is a very effective self defense system, HOWEVER during a submission grappling tournment I met an assistant instructor who trained 12 years in Krav Maga. He also trained in Isreal for 6 of those years. And he also crosstrained in Kenpo and Submission grappling. He said Krav Maga is awesome when it comes to multiple attackers and knive defense against UNTRAINED attackers, BUT it LACKS the well rounded skill in a one-on-one no weapon fight against another semi-trained fighter! He gave me two examples that he witnessed. Example 1 he said he saw a Kenpo fighter knock out a Krav Maga instructor after only 1 minute of fighting during a full contact no rules fight in a parking lot. The second example he gave me was when a MMA fighter challenged a Krav Maga instuctor to a no holds barred anything goes match on the street NOT in a ring! Apparently the MMA guy took the Krav Maga instructor down and punched the instructor out cold!

who is with me on this? I just read a post of who is the better GM - Cashman or Epstein. I said Shapiro because he has to be creative. He will be counting his blessings if he can lock up Sabathia. Shapiro being told to get Beckett AND Ramirez would be absolutely unheard of so I think Shapiro has done a great job. Comments?

This will settle a bet. Jacoby Ellsbury of the Red Sox scored from second base on a wild pitch in a game against the Rangers on 7/03/07. My buddy says that it was the first time ever. I say "no way" but can't find evidence either way searching online. Can anyone help?
