He will return this Monday on Raw (Tease at Cyber Sunday Will Include Video Promo Showing "Savior 24" at exactly 10:00 PM EST during the Triple H/Umaga match)
He will interupt Carlito's Cabana while Carlito is interviewing Santino Marella at 10:00 PM EST (24 Hours Exactly after the Savior 24 promo the night before)

Yes, as a matter of fact, it's common smark knowledge. I've read reports where it's not even in question if he's coming back, but when. WWE seems to be pushing for a Raw debut considering Chris would be a serious boost to the raitings.

or
b. Monday Night Raw Oct. 29, although I can't confirm a date.
3. Who will he interupt and confront?
If we're lucky, Ken Kennedy. That would be a glorious promo leading to a great feud with some exquisit matches, and the possibility of Ken being pushed for once.

1. Yes i do belive he is, it would be great. Jericho is actually the most over guy right now ... see Chicago for No Mercy and Raw last week.
2. Either b. or my honest belief is that Jericho will be back in 2008. WWE has a lot of returning wrestlers, Jericho over shadows them completely. 2008 can start off with a bang if Jericho comes then.
3. Most likely Mr Kennedy, im still not sold on Kennedy though. I would hope NO ONE confronts him, Jericho just tells the fans what he's been up to for 10-15 mins, then the week after something can develop.

1: I hoped this for two years but right now i'm more curtain than ever
2: A i believe there is a connection between the matrix like promo and Cyber Sunday it's computerised after all
3: considering his reactions at No Mercy to the chanting i would say Vince however Vince coming out at anytime in the show would be a bit of a giveaway, they've been so secretive why be direct now. alls i think is whoever wins the Raw WWE Title may find their competition staring them right in the face before he's even holding the title himself.
