The choices:
A) Wrestling match
B) Boxing match
C) MMA match

I voted for a MMA match, because I want to see WWE's idea of what an MMA match is. I think it would be intertesting to see how they pull off a worked shoot fight.

NOTE: I am a wrestling and MMA fan.

How many of you remember, just a few years ago, when Tom Brady Lead the Patriots to win 21 consecutive games? (2003-2004)

How many think he can do this again? ... I think he can...

Batista was interviewed on the Elliot in the Morning Show in Washington D.C. this morning. They discussed his upbringing in the area, such events as murders in his neighborhood and learning that his mom was a lesbian.

When asked the big steroid question, he admitted that in the 90's he had taken them, but now would never think about it. He mentioned being furious that his name came up on the list of the 10 caught wrestlers a few months back. Talking about addictions he brought up that it was Chris Benoit who pointed out to him his sex addiction.

They brought up the quote from his book that his been going around the internet about his wife and three-ways, he says that quote is not in his book and he has only been in one three way. He said he never knew his wife had cancer until they split, and once she was diagnosed he got back with her to try to support her. Although split now they are very close, he congratulates her on just having a baby. Batista talks about his 17 year old d

Ok, I made my decision to go with the Remington 870 12 gauge pump shotgun for hunting and home defense. (I live in Kansas)

http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=4665590

Is the 20" barrel good for home defense and hunting? I am going hunting with my friends and not exactly sure what they will be hunting, most likely a mix of different animals. Anyway, I thought that I could just use a barrel for home defense, and when I go hunting I can purchase a seperate barrel and just change them accordingly. What would be a good size barrel if the 20" is too short for hunting? What would be a good size barrel if the 20" is too long for home defense? And finally what other home defense/hunting accessories/ammo should I purchase while buying the gun? Thanks!

I'm writing a short piece about the NFL's crazy ideas and I'd like some information regarding Miami merchants who might be losing income due to the loss of a home game this season.

Not just as a Redskins fan but as a Football fan in general
The patriots really havent had too much competition to base their stats with
The Redskins being 16.5 point underdogs is rediculous
The Redskins are hands down the best team they've played all season

I know some people might say the cowboys were the best team they played but the cowboys' opponents have a combined record of 19-28, so they havent proved much either

redskin oppenents combined record is 19-17

Ok, so Hank Steibrenner has recently said the yankees are a "transition" team, meanwhile George Steinbrenner says they need a world series, i dont know where Hal Steinbrenner is, and the Yankees need a manger still! Most of their coaches are in jeopardy, and the whole team is in danger of losing their jobs. So how can they have all these distractions, and just roll right through them during the offseason and lead themselves to a world series victory?

Do you think they have any shot at winning it all in 2008, and do you think they have bad years ahead of them?

Also, do you think hank and hal are capable of leading them?

Please answer

As a Blackhawks fan, I was taught at an early age to hate the Red Wings. Since the Hawks have struggled since I was a small child, I have decided to ditch my disdain for the Detroit squad and have learned to respect them and their organization. With that out of the way, I wonder who was the greater Red Wing, Yzerman or Howe? Most older hockey fans would lean towards Howe, who defined a golden era (in their minds) before the likes of Wayne Gretzky, Bobby Orr, Mario Lemieux, and Patrick Roy. Us younger fans would pick Yzerman, since we saw him play.

My argument is this: Yzerman was a great player among an era of the greatest players (including Europeans, blacks, and Americans) in the NHL, while Howe was a great player who was among white Canadians in a six-team league. Yzerman meant more to a downtrodden Red Wings team in the 1980s to early 2000s than Howe did to an already successful Red Wings team from the late 1940s to early 1970s.

I will attempt to oil and grease my first baitcasting reel (Shimano Cardiff).

Which parts do I oil? Which parts do I grease?

The worm gear (I believe it is the small metal shaft that the line guide eye moves across to lay your line onto the spoll), is that to be oiled or lubed?

All other advice welcomed.

Thanks to all that reply.

Both men are respected captains for their teams. Both men are superstars in their own right. One has the guillotine that is Mike Keenan dangling above his neck, while the other has the ghost of Steve Yzerman plus rabid Detroit fans breathing down his neck. Between two outstanding players, which pressure filled existence would you like, Iginla's or Lidstrom's?

I never learned any Martial Arts before, so I am gonna be new to this and I wont know anything. My main reason for Martial Arts is self-defense, so I was wondering about how long would it take me to learn how to defend myself, or like if I get in a fight with somebody who doesn't know martial arts or anything, then how long would it take me if I wanna guarantee to win the fight even if the other guy was strong?

Thanks in advance

A short intro: I hope to be a valued contributer here in the hockey section. I love the Blackhawks.

Here we have two teams who are in need of guidance. The Leafs are experienced, while the Thrashers are young. The Leafs have veterans who are playoff tested, while the Thrashers are a little green. If you were a first time coach, which team would you lead?
