Great thread.
Go Patriots.
to answer,
This team has the best shot at running the table that has been seen probably since those '72 Dolphins.
Lets put it this way.
Even if this team loses to the only real competitive threats on their schedule, (Pitt and Indy), they still go 14-2.
This team is going to hurt some wimpy NFC team in the Super Bowl.
That Dallas game. They went in to Texas stadium and said, "Oh this is your Super Bowl contender eh? We'll lets just bury them under 48 points!"

I live in Indiana, & I'm a Colts fan. But I really respect the Patriots, they're playing unbelievable right now. The only other NFL team I've ever seen dominate like this was the 99' Rams, but I don't think the Patriots can go undefeated. No team in the NFL is good enough to win 19 straight games in the same season.

The current wins streaks in the NFL are as follows. Patriots have won 7 in a row. Colts have won 11 in a row. Why all the talk about the pats? They have beat the bargain basement teams in the NFL while the colts have been pounding some of the league's best. It is the colts that will go undefeated and win the SB AGAIN!!

The discussion is not reasonable until they get say 12 wins.
Denver rolled to 13-0 in their last Super Bowl season, and met their demise courtesy of some poor officiating and a blown coverage TD.
Manning and the Colts gave it a run, but fell short.
ANYTHING can happen in the NFL, and yes the Patriots have an excellent chance.
But, that target gets bigger and bigger each week.
They are an excellent team, but there's a reason no one has done it since the 1970s -- it's really, really difficult.

Pat are a very good team, but after 13 games they should win home court advantage and Brady will not play the second half and the rest of the starters will not play either, because they are not gone to risk a injury if they would to wrap up they division early. Can you imagine Brady getting hurt when their is only two games left in the season and they already won their division and home court advantage..14 and 2losses sounds about right..

Wasn't that team supposed to go undefeated too? Unfortunately for Tom, he can't seem to find a way to get past Manning and the Colts anymore.
