Not just as a Redskins fan but as a Football fan in general
The patriots really havent had too much competition to base their stats with
The Redskins being 16.5 point underdogs is rediculous
The Redskins are hands down the best team they've played all season

I know some people might say the cowboys were the best team they played but the cowboys' opponents have a combined record of 19-28, so they havent proved much either

redskin oppenents combined record is 19-17

It's not so much who the patriots have beaten, but how they did it. the redskins have averaged 20 points this season, the highest being 34 against the lions, which even the 2-4 eagles demolished with 56 points. Really the hardest teams they've played being the Giants and the Packers, they couldn't even beat scoring 14 and 17 points between the two games. And yes Sean Taylor has the most INTs this season picking off the likes of Brett Farve which now is the all time leader in that category. I really don't see that offense keeping up with the team that's been averaging over 33.

Come on now, the Pats. I'm thinking about 320 yards for Brady and share it around for the RBs too, 80 yds of combined rushing. Outcome: 38-13 Patriots

Yea you have to be the craziest person to think this. Probably only one in the world. I mean Redskins lost to Packers. They win barely. Patriots have killed any team they've versed. I can smell a massacre coming along.

With Indy coming up for the Pats next week, this game with Washington has all the makings of a classic trap game. But, while I think the spread is ridiculous, I can't imagine New England losing this game (they will have to lose it - Washington isn't going to win it).

Their next real test will be Indy. Then, maybe Pittsburgh has a chance to beat them. Otherwise, the perfect season is theirs to lose. That is, they'll have to give away a game to not run the table in 2007.

I sure would like to see them play the Chargers in the playoffs, though. Especially when San Diego is clicking on all cylinders, like they have been the last couple of weeks (bye week not included).

I'm going with the skins in this game as an upset and all my friends think im crazy. The skins are in the top teams in pass defence and are second in the league in ppg.

you know its funny now.
Every week i see these threads, "Their opponents have been horrible, they'll get tested this week"
You know what though? 7-0. Every week you say these things, and every week they go out and put up 30+ on everyone.
Maybe you'll be satisfied with our opponents toughness after we beat down the colts on Nov 4th

EDIT:::: See? Don't you feel stupid now? 52-7
That secondary should be embarrassed to call themselves NFL players!

ARE YOU MAD!!!!! IF YOU KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT FOOTBALL YOU WOULD KNOW THE PATRIOTS CAN KILL THE REDSKINS AND THE PATS DID HAVE SOME COMPETITION THIS SEASON. like Dallas for instance.
And you say the pats have had no competition, the redskins prove your point because they have no chance. In case you haven't noticed they have Randy Moss, Tom Brady, Ben Watson, Wes Welker, ect.
and if you don't think they ain't competition THEN COMPARE THEIR STATS WITH YOUR BELOVED REDSKINS!!!!!

PATRIOTS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very true and it is SO TIME for any team to knock both the pats AND the colts for off their high horses....

at this point i dont care who does it as long as someone does....

although personally i wouldnt mind if the colts held out until they came to Baltimore cause that would be oh so sweet revenge(from last year)
