I'm writing a short piece about the NFL's crazy ideas and I'd like some information regarding Miami merchants who might be losing income due to the loss of a home game this season.

More specifically, Miami merchants whose income is directly tied to the stadium and/or the team.

Not all that income floats down to the little guys. People with stores and other types of businesses who count on 8 home games a year for their budgets still might not be getting anything. I'd really like a link to a researched article by a writer.

Actually, since all the money from the game will go to the dolphins, the merchant will actually get more income from the sellout game. The merchant should worry more about the fact that the phins were 0-7 as this could be a threat to his incomes.

Personally, I think MORE people may visit Miami this week since they know they don't have to put up with the loser fish on Sunday!!
