I think that there are lots of boxers that can beat Pacquiao such as Juan Diaz because Manny needs to move up in weight and it will be much tougher for him because Manny is a small guy and his punches wouldn't be as effective if he moves up in weight which he needs to because he can no longer make the 130 weight division.
Another who could beat him is Juan Manuel Marquez he has the game plan already on how to beat him but Manny doesn't want to give him the rematch because the money isn't good.
If Manny moves up in weight say 135 or even 140 he would get knocked out for sure he is only good at 130 pounds but he is too small to fight vs the much bigger guys at 135-140 pounds.

I can't see anyone beating Pacquiao at this moment. Mexico has given their best fighters and all of them kissed the canvass out of respect to Pacquaio. Morales, Marquez, Lucero, Velasquez, Solis, Larioz, Barrera to name a few. All of them fought Pacquiao on top of their boxing career.Pacquaio made them all look old and even sent some of them off to an early retirement. And in Valero's case, this fight will never happen due to the fact that Valero is not healthy enough to fight Pacquiao. Ever wonder why nobody wants to schedule Valero's fight in the US?

if Manny is so unbeatable then why does he only fight aging mexican legends and not upandcomers..... he will not take the Juan Manuel Marquez again because he knows he will get whipped...he did knock down Marquez 3 time but like the champ Marquez is he got up and beat Manny into confusion by the end of the fight and Manny was lucky to get a draw and now Manny wants to fight everyone buy Marquez, and is even willing to move up to avoid him....Remember that Morales beat Manny the first time and even knocked him down and even though i Love Morales, he was well past his best days when he fought Manny and had lost a few fights before beating this unbeatable fighter.... Morales did lose the next two but was already a spent fighter... Manny is good but i cant help but notice that his opponents are usually guys with household names but well past their days as kings of the ring....if Morales could hurt Manny and put him down ... and Marquez can come back and give the filipino a whopping what makes you think a stronger quicker more hungry Juan Diaz will do to your boy.... i know people are trying to say is a mismatch and i agree i think Diaz would win easily with a 8th round KO of PacMan.... Remember that Manny just won against Barrera by decision and never hurt Barrera once, but when Marquez fought Barrera last year, Marquez wiped the floor with him and had to have the fight stopped.... Diaz has been easily winning his fights with kNockout victories and has stopped two great fighters in Acelindo Frietas (who was almost unbeatable till then) and Julio Diaz (was the champion till he faced Diaz) back to back..... he is not ducking anyone and even called out Manny after winning his last fight....but i bet you Manny will not touch that challenge and probably try and fight Julio Ceaser Chavez Sr. so he can try and claim this completely fake and bogus Pound for Pound title....

He's not unbeatable, he has been beaten before. But he is the best crowd drawer at the moment. I thought Juan Marquez should've won their last fight which ended in a draw, his counterpunching style pretty much neutralized Pacquaio's barrage of punches and all he needs to do is develop a tougher skin and chin to withstand Manny's onslaughts and he'll be able to wrest a victory against the Pacman via decision. Easier said than done though.

Didn't Pac-Man already knock JMM out? I know he knocked him down 3 times in round 1 of their first fight. I can't remember who won that fight but, I am pretty sure it was Pac-Man. Juan Diaz isn't in the same class as Pac-Man. Pac has beat the best in the business multiple times each. I would love to see another JMM v. Pac fight. But, where has JMM gone? I haven't heard anything about him in years.
To answer the question: Pac-Man is on top of his game right now. I think even if he went up in weight class he would be fine at 133-138. His handspeed and power are huge advantages against any of his opponents and Freddy Roach really has him dialed in. I don't think there are many boxers, if any, that would be able to handle Manny right now. He looked great against the baby-faced assassin, Barrera. But, Barrera is in his decline for sure. Manny, needs some up and comers. He's taken care of all the legends in that weight class. He needs to start beating the best newcomers.

I can think of four guys who can beat him. He is not unbeatable at all and has had a nice time fighting some over the hill fighters. Pac has very fast feet but his weakness is his defense. Fighters that have swarmed him, Marquez, Morales in the first fight have exposed him in my opinion. Pac needs room to throw with his power and if you swarm him his defense liabilities show and his lack of power on the inside is also easily noticed. The four fighters who can beat him are...
Humberto Soto - like pacman he lost fights early in his career but has been on a tear his past fights. Fighting a big named fighter will get him the recognition he deserves, I see very few weaknesses in his technique.
Joan Guzman - Hes young and hungry and his style and aggressiveness are backed by amazing footwork and reflex's.
Marquez - imo he won the first fight, as soon as he figured out Pacman, Pac really looked confused. Marquez does look much slower at this point in his career though.
Also, people keep mentioning Juan Diaz, this is interesting to me because that means Pac has to move up to fight a busier fighter who lives on punch output and staying in front of his opponents. Not to mention he is also the naturally bigger fighter. I think Juan would have pacman going backwards the entire fight and thats pacs biggest weakness.

Great fighter but not unbeatable. At 130 he's the best, JMM would lose in the rematch. If he fought Jaun Diaz he'd have trouble but I think he'd end up catching Diaz. Pac man by KO.

Pacquiao will eventually defeat himself by not training enough and gaining too much weight between fights.

The best competitor for Pacquiao i think would be Juan manuel Marquez.I think Paquiao would win against Juan Diaz. Diaz is slower than Pacquiao though he has power to. But Pacquiao as we know has power plus the speed and a little reach advantage. Try comparing their physique..

Nobody at the moment. I guess you could call him "The Answer". Diaz is too damn slow to beat Paquiao, although he's got a lot of power. Pac was born to fight!
