Does anyone think that he is underrated or overrated? Is he starting pitcher material for the AS Game. I think he has great potential and he is better than the other cantidates.

Does anyone know how I might keep my hair tied in way as to minimize it's volume and prevent it from coming undone?

It is approximately shoulder length and gathers in thick, curly strands. When I wash it I generally untangle it first, then let it air-dry afterwards. I'm not in the habit of tampering with it much afterwards, as it always comes out best this way.

I study Genbukan Ninpou, a martial art with extensive acrobatics including cartwheels, rolls or flips to avoid locks.

The last time I trained was before the winter, when my hair was not at a sufficient length to cause trouble. But now that it is, I would rather learn to deal with it appropriately other than to cut some of it. It doesn't have to be pretty, but it can't be a distraction to either myself or my partner.

Also, the hair near my face is not long enough to be tied back, but does stretch past my ears.

I plan to enjoy it at it's full length when I'm not training. Plus, this hair is part of my soul, you see. :p

Right well i was running close to 3miles 6days a week in under 22mins for nearly 4months, when i started i was doing just the 1 mile. When i apporached the 3mile mark i was looseing fitness and found out that my body was exhausted and well over-trained so i took 2weeks off weights and running to completely recover. I started again the other night and barely managed to do 1 mile! How long is it going to take to get back to previous standards and then so i can start pushing for more?! This is worrying as im meant to be applying for the royal marines very soon!!

He played decent as a rookie.(not spectacular) He won football games. (10-5) But since his rookie year he has been nothing but a third string quarterback behind Grossman and Griese.

It's an interesting question. I won't compare clemens to Bonds, as there is clearly more evidence on him, but why does everyone bash Sosa, but ignore the Clemens allegations?

Sosa peaked in his late 20's, and declined in his late 30's - Like most athletes do. Clemens was on the decline, then hired an alleged steroid dealer as his personal strength coach, and went on to become the next Walter Johnson. Sosa was never linked to the steroid scandal in anyway possible. Clemens, on the other hand, was fingered by two former major league players, and his personal strength coach allegedly dealt steroids to Grimsley and Segui. Infact, Segui has acknowledged on the record that Brian Mcnamee ( Clemens strength coach), referred him to a source where he obtained boatlods of steroids, greenies, and HGH.

Is the reason why Clemens get a free pass because he's white? Is Sosa being unfairly treated because he's hispanic?

What is up with some people, don't you guys think Barry Bonds is a great player? Why does everyone think all of his accomplishments came cuz of steroids? He was a homerun hitter b4 the time he "supposedly" took steroids, he was a stealing machine, and he won 4 mvps b4 2001 where he hit 73 homeruns, which he maybe have accidently used steroids. People never talk about Roger Clemens taking roids, when you can see he did get bigger. Apprently for Barry, he gets stronger when he gets older, it means he def took steroids, but when "The Rocket" got bigger it was because he got older.

So what I want to know is, why do so many people hate Barry when he was already a HOF b4 his "maybe" steroid season in 2001?

the big questions is why were the 25 and 5 not involved in the modification. Could it be that since Jeff and Jimmie are pretty much in the chase and points mean nothing to them are they the testing what they can get away with without risking the 25 and 5 who both really need the points
