Kyle Orton will only start if he gets out of the Bears organization. He is 3rd string right now but has a very good shot at losing that considering how high the Bears are on Chris Leak and JT O' Sullivan. The most likely scenario is that Griese gets released, O' Sullivan becomes second string, Leak becomes third string and Orton falls into obscurity or the practice squad and gets taken by another team.

of course your checklist is quite biased. yet while composing a itemizing of properly suited QB's, you won't be able to place self belief in stats, MVP's, and great Bowl rings, through fact if it relatively is the case, then Kurt Warner could be on all and sundry's short checklist of properly suited QB's of all-time. ultimate now: a million. Tom Brady 2. Aaron Rodgers, what he's complete considering that transforming into the starter is rather magnificent. 3. Peyton Manning, confirmed this previous year that he's not any longer basically a made from the device. 4. Phillip Rivers 5. Drew Brees All-time: a million. Montana 2. Staubach 3. Elway 4. Unitas 5. Marino hyped up: relatively, any QB playing in the present day. In in the present day's NFL, and surely over the final 7 or 8 years, the guidelines have replaced to desire passing offenses. in case you place a number of the QB's from the 70's and eighty's into in the present day's NFL, i think of they might positioned up much greater useful numbers than Brady, Manning, and Rodgers.

Orton may not even be the Bears 3rd QB this year considering O'Sullivan won MVP in NFL Europa he may take Ortons spot. The coaches like him though so its hard to say. He may start somewhere else but I think at best he is a career backup that will only enter a game when someone better gets hurt.

It is extremely rare for a starting rookie QB to come in and do good. Orton struggled as a rookie. If he continues to learn, train, and get better, he might have a shot. But right now, his only shot to start would be when his team looses their starting QB to injury.

If your team thinks Rex Grossman and Griese are better than you, you must really suck. Orton does.

Needs to improve accuracy and finding the open receiver. with some mroe experience, he can be a moderate to above avg QB. Look for a team with an unproven young QB to go after him in 2 years when his contract is up.

i hope so, i miss seeing his 2 yard bombs to muhammed. i miss hearing the announcers talk of his "maturity and veteran like play" when he throws the ball 2 yards short of the receiver. i have his rookie card, i cherish the card. seriously, i have it hanging up on my wall. he was almost as entertaining as brett favre with his performance that made me laugh every week. as long as he's not in green bay, i will forever be a fan of kyle orton!

i think he will. they need to get rid of griese and he will be second string. with the way rex keeps getting pressure, he will get hurt, kyle will step up and they will keep him there even after rex recovers.
