I understand the benefits of carbon components, frames, etc. But is there a difference in the quality of the carbon used in a high-end manufacturers vs. that of a mid/lower level manufacturer?

Also, how durable over time is carbon vs. aluminum vs. titanium (and, yup I know “diamonds are forever).

Just curious.

this is a random question, but im just throwing it out there.
who is your best do-it-all back? best receiving back? best power back, and best running back in terms of value to his team.
1.LaDainian Tomlinson fits the first 2 and the last one. but he'll run over ppl when he has to. He blocks too. Best RB in the NFL right now
2.I would say Tomlinson again, but Steven Jackson had 90 catches last year.
3.Frank Gore. He's small, but this guy is a truck. he'll mow almost any safety over 1v1
4.I def have to say tomlinson again. he sets up so many things for the chargers and IS the best back in the NFL

I just started playing baseball for the first time since 7th grade (im a senior in high school) and i am trying to get some pitches to work. I don't know why my curveball doesn't bite. I have my palm to first when i start and i pull down, just like my buddies tell me, and my grip is right, i think. And help would be great. Also, what is a 4 seem fastball supposed to do? mine seems like it raises a little once it gets to the plate.
