Texas Gun Laws?
I have a relative that wants to own a shotgun in Texas. He spent 11 months in Texas department of corrections for marijauna possesion (no violent crimes). That was 7 years ago. Can he own a firearm or be in possesion of a fiearm to hunt ?

I have a Glock 23 (.40 S&W). I also own a 9mm in another cheaper manufacturer.

How should I store my magazines? I want a gun ready if needed for home defense. Should I store the magazines fully loaded or half-loaded? Does storing full magazines damage the springs or hurt the life of the magazine in anyway? Should I rotate out the loaded magazine with my spares?

I can only shake my head and laugh at you lot. Have any of you ever played football. It's not nice out there, there's very little being polite and pleasant, but everyone's on Henry's back as if he karate kicked a palace fan. Or deliberately did a high tackle to end a players career, or turned round and shoved the ref, or headbutted an opponent or swore at the linesmen/ref, or chased after the ref and waved an imaginary card to get Kirkland booked
NO, He shoved a ball in Kirkland's face and probably made a joke about his time wasting coming back to haunt him, which it did.

So you want him ban/suspended for this ? Drama queens !

Having seen the TV highlights of the OAPS game at Killie, you can`t help but conclude that a team that gives away apenalty like that and then looses a goal in the Keystone Kops manner that THEY did, can`t be all that good. They hardly broadcast in HD. Yesterday's pro bowl wasn't broadcast in HD, and even though the Super Bowl was, they couldn't keep their cameras clean, so we were constantly watching through a blurred raindrop.
