What is the English name for the act of, while in climbing gear, attaching one-self to a rope with a device that will slide along it in order to get across from one platform to another with little incline?
In French it's called a Tyrolienne.

Because wind does not blow and flow alway on the straight of the streamline shape of the car. In that case the car is no more streamline for the crosswind.
