There are such sites however our Sensei does ours by hand and they are very nice.
I am assuming you are a teacher who needs certificates for your pupils.
If you are trying to obtain a ranking in the martial arts through a website, why bother?
Just make yourself one on the computer.

Yes www.whitedragonkenpo.com but you have video tape your self and send it to the instructor. Ask him what you have to do. His name richard cane. but you will never get the real deal unless you have a body no not a fake body but a real human body that will react.
