Honestly you tell them no and you explain the reason why. You have to tell the true reason why and if they cannot understand or choose not to understand why you say no then it becomes thier problem not yours. If someone respects you or cares for you they will listen to what you say and even if they can't understand your point of view they will understand its how you feel.
