When I'm watching an American League game, the players wear modern uniforms and the stadiums are modern etc...when I watch a national league game, it's almost as if I'm watching one of those old nintendo baseball games. Everything just looks old and uninteresting. Even the camera angles make the game seem dull and boring. Why doesn't the national league follow after the american league?

It looks kind of like the Native American sash ( http://www.neokistomi.com/belt.jpg , http://www.mpcbc.bc.ca/merch/images/redblue_sash.jpg , http://www.berrybeadwork.com/Images/moresash2.jpg ), only its worn with the flat part in front, and the ropes go back and around to the front where its tied, leaving a two inch gap of only rope in the back to support the spine. its generally black.

What IS the point to football? I just don't get it! I can understand wanting to support your country but their are other ways of doing it, i was in my local the other night when the 'footie' was on, and when someone scored a goal these drunken idiots started jumping around the room spilling their drink all over me and my friends, they laughed and then proceded to chat us up, as if we were actually interested in them, the cheek! All i can see that it teaches little children and men alike, is to be competitive, rude, obnoxious, loud-mouthed morons! (And yes i am taking the pee out of football fans)!!!!!
