Sometimes the same courses, but on the same courses the tee box is closer, the pin placement is a lot more easy, the rough is cut lower and the speed of the greens is slower for women.

Not even close the LPGA plays much shorter (up to 1,000 yds) courses, generally plays from the white tees rather than the championship tees, has easier pin placements, avoids the really tough golf courses and is less competitive. The Ladies are surprisingly good players but cannot be compared with men on the PGA tour. Not one of them could make a living on that tour. They are welcome to try. The PGA tour is an open class that doesn't not restrict any woman from attempting to get a pro card but she must play from the same tees as the men.

No. PGA and LPGA play in different courses. The PGA courses are relatively longer than LPGA courses. The tee placements have something to do with the length differential but in general the courses the LPGA play on are actually shorter even from the tips.

Not only do ladies start from different tees, the lady course also have different yardages, course rating, slope and par. Therefore, if even if a female player ends with the same score as a male player, the score will reflect differently in the player's handicap.
