boil and bite as well as the gel kind of mouth-pieces suck.go to a dentist who makes mouth-pieces. it costs more but it is worth it.the dentist can make sure the mouth-piece fits exactly how it should.a dentist made mouthguard is more comfortable and can prevent some injuries better than the boil and bite kind such as second concussion syndrome.

you probably could have done a better job, but keep your mouth closed when boxing and breath thru your nose. this way your jaw is strong when shut and wont get broke into millions of pieces when you get knocked the hell out.
