could you honestly choose to be attracted to something your not?

i mean, take characteristics that are a complete turn off for you.

could you turn around and "choose" to be attracted to them? seriously?

I just want to hear stories about when you first converted. Or of you where born that way your earliest memories on the subject.


I had a vision once acctualy. It was more of an impression but it worked. When I converted to our way I was already having trouble with my family. (which is why I havent told them yet) I was having the mother of Bad days and I went to my room and laid down. I curled up and was really bummed out and was thinking very negatively (Like why should i try, etc. etc.) and I had a weird impression just then. I dreamed I was lying next to someone. (A woman) with a child between us. I was big and strong. and the woman was beautiful. I swear I could feel one of the Gods with there hand on my shoulder. (not sure which one. But I am pretty friendly with all of them.)


Not to mention the connection I have with Odin and Tyr.

One of the Two was always giving me a helping hand or encouragment when I was growing up. ( i didnt know what to call them.)

They're new neighbours. I've introduced myself but they never talk and they run away when we are outside. (LOL).

They're building like a granny flat under their house or something without building permits. If it is a flat it will impact on my amenity by reason of the increased density, noise and parking requirements.

Should I hit the report buton and have them deleted - putting my name on the public record?

What is the Religious and Spiritual thing to do in these circumstances?

Scientists have recently found a new planet a few years ago which orbits another sun (It is deemed an Extra-Solar planet). What’s interesting, is that this planet is believed to harbor thriving life like on Earth, since it has a favorable atmosphere acclimated towards the evolution of macro organisms. Humans may not be a product of evolution, but a product of genetic engineering between Pre-Humans and Extraterrestrials. Which would explain why it has been very difficult to find an authentic missing link between Apes and Humans.

I mean, the only thing that separates Christian doctrine from lies is the fact that these people really believe that stuff. They portray their doctrine as fact but they don’t know that it’s true; they only hope that it’s true. But of course, you’ll never hear them admit it. Whereas atheists speak only the cold, hard truth stripped bare of all niceties and emotion. To me, honor and dignity cannot be found in a non-atheist, only hidden motive, deceit and ruthlessness.

My grandma was taken to the hospital ad my mom think she died because the hospital called at night.

ive read somethin about this pope i just forgot his name and the name of the drug, that he became addicted to this drug which is mixed as an ingridient in his wine...

here are some hints that i still remember..

*this addictive drug is first thought as a medicine... its mixed with most of the things people ingest becoz people first thought its a med.

*i believe this has a certain part in the generation of Hippies

I know they are supposed to "save" us an all, but why do they insist they know everything about other religions? Even when corrected by someone who PRACTICES the religion, they claim they know. Why worry about it? Can't you worship your god and other people worship thiers in peace?
