....and from the bible we know Abraham lived to be 175 years, could we test the said remains for proof?

Unlikely. It's also pretty unlikely anyone has ever lived even close to that age. It's more likely that they were a couple of people who lived unusually long for the period they lived in. It's also pretty much a certainty that people on average now live as long as they did if in fact any of it is true.

It wasn't uncommon for people to talk about age in terms of 'generations' which is a pretty meaningless measure. Particularly when you had people reproducing a new generation at 12 & 13 years old.

There would be indicators of age in the remains.

Edit:
To the best of my knowledge, there is no indication that humans ever lived 175+ years.

they have no way of knowing that they have their remains... that is like me picking up dirt and saying that it is the remains of Noah...
