It is what it is. You choose to live your life and conduct yourself based on the type of person you are. People that want to be good people will have good morals, as people that don't care to be good people with have morals that reflect that decision (or lack thereof).

Its case by case. Then there is presentation.
Personally it is irreleveant. If it is Holy it is holy. If it is man made it is man made. No matter its origi it is still morality.
Parv fan despite morality I could pop you in the face with a shotgun no matter if morality is man made or not. You do as you please no matter. Moraes are to help us build society where we can live in peace. Morales and ideals are very much the same acctually.

It is and it has no other effect than what it already has
Are you saying that if you personally didn't believe in god you would behave immorally? How sad. I have morals which stem from my own experience and commonsense and consequently I carry them around with me everywhere I go; it seems that you have to refer to a 2,000 year old book or a preacher before you know whether something is right or wrong. That's worse than a three-year old.

Morality IS created by humans. If it could be used without the input (read hatred) of some religions, the world would be a far nicer place.

Morality is the constraints that we construct so that we can function within a society. And life has only the meaning we give it. So your question isn't hypothetical.

If you weren't being threatened by a book, would you start doing horrible things? I think not. Most people do the right thing because it's RIGHT, not because they're told to.

None, why should it. I just live to be the best person I can be, and I don't need a Bible full of hatred to teach me how to be a model citizen.
