O.K. hows about this then?
Scientists reckon they can use a telescope to see the big bang happening, right?
Well, is what they are seeing accurate?
if so, how accurate?
accurate to within a century, a decade, a year, 6 months, one month, two weeks?
or how about accurate to within 7 days? because if it is, is it so impossible that that seven day margin have included God creating the earth?
i dont think so
now sit back and watch the atheists try to squirm out of that

tens of people in Iraq & 4 or 5 shot dead in palestinian refugee camps DAILY.also muslems killed in Kosovo some years back.muslims killed in Afganistan and Pakistan & Iraq & every time US troops comeup with the excuse that they'de been tryin to kill some terrorist(god knows if they really exists). & they just destroy a whole city (remember Falluje) or village with their bombs and just say oops he(the terrorist) wasn't there.people of Lebenan killed in Israils attacks supported by all sorts of American bombs.i know this is gonna make many people here mad,but i just think people need to know that the origion of terror in this world is not muslims and certainly not islam.atleast in this new centery we've been the main victims of terrorism.i'd be really surprised if this doesn't get removed emidiatly cuz i know there r many people out there who just can't stand hearing the truth.i am an Iranian and i don't hate Americans even if they report me.god bless any1 who wants peace on this planet

There is no clear cut definition of what knowledge is. So if an agnostic is to say, "The existence of God is unknowable" what do you suppose they mean by "knowable"?

And don't just say "certain knowledge" because what is that anyway?

You know: evergreen tree, mistletoe, feasting, decorations, gifts, yule log, etc etc..?

Why would a religion from the Middle East use Northern Pagan symbols in it's celebration of the so-called birthday of avowedly anti-pagan Jesus?

Only Christians who put up these things please? I'm interested in why you would do it?

Although life is not only wonderful happy moments, it is those precious moments when one touches anothers heart that stand out most. When we literally feel our hearts swell with joy and compassion that we remember most. They seem to make it all worthwhile. Wishing you one of those moments today.
Peace Be With You,

I mean they think they are somehow superior to non believers, and think that they are the ONLY ones who do good and charitable things.
I do voluntary work because it makes a difference to other peoples life, not so i can go to heaven.

I hear people say that christians should keep their religion to themselves. However that's not what Jesus said to do and for me and many christians who see so many hurting people, it is not even an option. I know people say let your lifestlye lead people to christ and that is most defintely true. However there are those who you see at the bus stop, in the grocery store line etc. People who you may strike up a light conversation with. My question is a series of questions. What are some ideas of how to approach people about christ? If you saw someone visibly upset and could offer no physical assistance would you ask them could you pray for them? And for those who have had a bad experience with someone approaching them or telling them about Christ, how would you have prefer them to approach you or what would you have prefer for them to say. For ex. I have heard stories of people just flatout coming up to people and saying "you are going to hell". I know that would have turned me off.

when you display the symbol of the cross. aren't you glorifying a barbaric form of roman execution at the same time. regardless of it's meaning to your faith.

Like why would there be a God like creature in the sky watching us? thats unlogical in every single way. How can people believe so hard in a stupid book called the "bible" and believe there was a Jesus having this magical powers to change water in whine, i mean, do you really believe that there was ever a person with this magical nonsence. in my vision Jesus was just an ordinairy guy with short hair, braun eyes, long face thinking he was the son of God and he had a task and thought i was hearing some sort of God? with saying Mary Magdalene was a virgin i think it was just her astrological sign: virgo. and she had made a child with Jozef(not God) and they had a son who thought he was the son of God, its all so logical but people just always have to twist it around with putting in some fantasy sentences as Jesus had super powers and all, and Jesus walking on water was also not true, he was walking on ICE., why do christians have to twist reality with fantasy? Christians are delusional?

"Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them. For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe. They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not. . . . They are altogether brutish and foolish." (Jeremiah 10:2-8)

i noticed that when someone asks a question that shows a blatent contradiction to their doctrine, christians twist the argument so that it fits the question.

isn't it sad that they have to do this to keep their delusion.

If there is a god, why is such suffering allowed to happen on earth? Why are innocent children taken away from us? Why do we have a history rich with murders and wars over the existance of god in which form when it would be so simple to put an end to it all by just revealing him/her self?

The first commandment says " I, the Lord, am your God. You shall not have other gods besides Me."

And Christians worship Jesus Christ as their Lord.

We know Christ isn't God, because on the cross he prayed to God and in the garden of Gethsemane he also prayed to God. He called him "father", he called himself the son of God, we're all God's children. He wasn't God, never was, just a follower.

I'm not a native English speaker who goes to a Panel (discussion) class for improvement and I have to suggest a topic for our discussion (in a Yahoo Group), now I want my topic to be corrected (Grammatically, Words, etc.) Also if possible could you add your new idea to my topic - which is about criticising others on their religion - to make it perfect.

Here is my topic:

As you know there are some people around us living with a different religion or belief from what you already have, but when you hear some one says; I'm a Jewish, Christian, Atheist, etc. you will suddenly say "Really? How! Let me explain something to you...!", by saying that you're just oppressing them for no reason.

My question is, why are we always not respecting a different religion or belief as a personal aspect of somebody and tend to criticize or correct their idea, and if they come not to accept it you will call him/her a religious bigot! And that's how racism raised up!

Don't you think that you are a victim - just as they are - of the lies and falsehoods!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH...
