Unfortunately where there are oil pipeline dollars to be made you will likely find the US government involved. The Balkans and Middle East are two key oil-related regions which also have a reasonable number of Muslims too.

Try to remember your news agencies are only going to concentrate on news relating to Muslims. Despite what anyone says, news agencies such as Fox News in the USA, the BBC in the UK and yours in Iran are businesses and they compete for viewers and readers. They will capture more attention if they can be as sensational as they can.
There are plenty of people of all faiths being killed worldwide. Also, the UN including the United States intervened in Kosovo to stop their civil war. The UN and the US sided with the Muslims and the UN is still there. (How do I know that? My uncle works for the UN and he's stationed in Bosnia.)
Don't forget, there are many Muslims living peacefully in the USA and although it isn't the dominant religion, there are mosques throughout the country. There is even a Muslim in the US Senate. Senator Keith Ellison (Democrat, Minnesota) is a Muslim.
Anti-Americanism is very compelling and somewhat ridiculous. If there is any problem in the world, no matter how small, it is blamed on America. America isn't perfect and they are the first to criticize themselves, but America is an easy scapegoat used by all nations to deflect criticism from their own country. Even their best friend, the British, use the USA as a scapegoat.

I don't think it is Islam either. I am not Muslim, but I know many great Muslim people (in America and southeast Asia).
The problem is the extremists in all religions. It really is a shame that people feel they have to kill for their religion, but a small percent do, and that gives the whole religion a bad name for the uneducated. And when the killing is done through terrorism and suicide bombs, who can you really trust?
I wish the religions could police themselves with the extremists, but this is not happening, so we end up with murder, war and aggression. I really wonder if religious zealots, who focus so much on creation of the earth, will end up being responsible for the destruction of the earth.
wouldn't that be ironic...

Peace to a Muslim is for everyone to submit to their Sharia law. Muslims will settle for nothing less. We must be forever vigilant and know that we are in a religious war against Islam. We must not be fooled by these Islamic calls for peace as it is a peace of submission to a false religion. It is sad that Muslims must die but the war is not something we choose but was forced upon us by relentless terrorist attacks. the Philippines has been in a state of war for decades and centuries from Islamic terrorism and the only way to stop this terrorism is to isolate Muslims from the civilized world and let them murder each other instead of innocent and helpless people.

You can't hold Americans solely responsible for this. Islam is a large and very well spread out religion. Consequently a lot of Muslims live in some very politically and culturally unstable regions. You do make somewhat of a point as there are large Muslim populations in some of the most oil rich regions of the world and vital resources attract industrialized nations (e.g. China's involvement in Africa).

Perhaps u'r not aware that the K.K.K killed more Christians and they called them selves the White Supremacist Christians. In this Nation and around the World Christian kill more of each other, by drugs, guns related murders etc. U Muslims are playing catch up. When some Christians like George Bush, Chaney, and the Christian Generals of this so called war of terrorism add to the killing list by including Muslims along with Christians. The next on the list might be Buddhists and Hinduisms.

there were a lot of terrorists in falluja....key word is "were".
And keep in mind how the US killed a lot of Christians for killing a lot of Muslims in Kosovo. (and guess what... the only people who made all this about religion was the muslims in the middle east who wanted to fight jihad.... heck the Albanians are hardly real muslims. It was an ethnic war over Albanian separatist and serbs.)
also, you need to expand geography. do you know which country has more islamic related terror attacks than any other?
Thailand!
Many Muslims are being killed in Africa right now...... by muslims! the vast majority of Iraqis who are killed or driven from their homes are done by...people calling themselves muslims, be it al-quada bombers or Shiite death squads. Over all nobody kills more Muslims than other muslims do... the Israelis can't even touch the numbers that they pull off...in fact, right now, there are Sudanese Muslims going to Israel as refugees to escape being killed by other Muslims in Sudan.

heck... nothing in the world would make me more happy than if muslims stopped killing each other, and if every region of the world that had a large muslim population decide it did not have to start a separatist movement and if shia and Sunnis decided they didn't need to fight each other anymore and if nobody used religion as an excuse for war or propaganda.

Peace be upon you and upon everyone like the peace
they think that muslims life is so cheap so they don't care how many muslims died?and in the other hand when one or two soliders not muslim died , it will be a problem.
Prehaps they know that people who die from muslims are in the paradise so they don't care of them .

If the Muslims want to live longer let them forsake their demonic, bloodlust "faith", the fact is they love death, as they affirm. As a Christian I pray for the extinction of that "Religion" that many Arabian people may find life and peace in the name of Christ.

The situation is awful, absolutely awful. I can't bear to watch or read or hear 'the news' anymore; mainly because of the US lead killing that goes on and on and on. You don't have to look far on 'the net' before you find a video of a US soldier killing somebody. They have a very strange idea of justice in the States. And don't for heaven's sake even think 9/11, it takes little research before you begin to have very serious doubts about what we are being told about that day.
