Yes. I saw it on Charmed.
edit: Oh my goodness! I take it back. You see, I'm a Top Contributor now, so... my final answer is:
Your generalization is completely unfounded. I'm sure it's just your personality that is incompatible with the wiccan's. Perhaps you should try ignoring this behavior?

The reason most pagans dislike christians, is NOT when they realise they are christian. One of my close friends is a christian and i have had some great theological debates in the pub with a beer with him.
The difference is, people hate 'arrogance'. Be it christian or not. The problem is, a lot of christians out there are very very arrogant and completely obliged to tell pagans how they are wrong and they will burn in a hell they don't believe in.
Don't get me wrong, it's not all of them, but like any society/culture, it has it's fair share.
In return though, for a person to act facetious and arrogant because they find out you are a christian with no good cause, is in effect, showing just the sort of arrogance people come to despise.
The easy answer? No, it is not Christians we hate as pagans, it is people telling us that we HAVE to believe their ways or we are damned. Just as we would assume you would dislike having "If you do not worship Isis, you will be damned for all eternity" thrown at you all the time.
I wouldn't worry. It just sounds like this 'wiccan' lost her way along the path of her choosing and got caught up in a thing people call 'faithpagans'.. They believe it because they think it sounds nice and ideal. A true pagan would have an open mind about almost any situation.
Edit: Speckofdust you mention the witch burnings, not many really hold that against ppl these days. What's the point? Bigotry always leads to this kind of thing when it gets out of hand. Originally the romans burnt catholics, christians burnt pagans, pagans burnt anyone who was a criminal etc etc.

No. Some have a real chip on their shoulder about Christians, which is unfortunate. It often comes from a gross misunderstanding of history. Some also had bad experiences within Christianity (before they became Wiccan) but that's no excuse for treating you rudely.
I'm a Wiccan married to a Christian, so I promise we don't all hate them.

One heavily ought to be living under a rock to think of that Wiccans are devil worshippers. basically one faith worships the devil, and which would be Satanism. or perhaps they declare that they do no longer believe in an unquestionably devil, only the assumption. yet basically a pair weeks in the past over Beltane 2 Wiccans in India have been carried out for instruction their faith. Many harmless human beings, some Christian, some who weren't, have suffered and have been carried out interior the witch hunts and trials fuelled by employing concern, hate, and politics. no person is immune, and we are all responsible for our very own guy or woman strikes. The termination of an harmless existence is a criminal offense---no remember what the religion.

Absolutely NOT, Wiccans are respectful of all religions and only ask to be left alone to believe as they wish. Do as thou will, lest it hurt none ( the golden rule in essence) is the Wiccan creed.

I'm a Pagan Witch, but I was raised Anglican.
I have no problem with people of other religions, as long as they don't start preaching to me {like one woman at my college who accosted me, saying that my religion was evil, and had I read the word of God}.
Unfortunately, there are a handful of Wiccans {just like there are in every religion} who are convinced that their beliefs are the only valid beliefs.
Edit :~
Speckofdust ~
Actually, you are refering to Witches.
Wicca is a religion that has only been around for just under 100 years.

That's like saying: Do all Christians piss off Wiccans?
Same answer applies to both, obviously.

I'M A PAGAN AND I DON'T HATE CHRISTIANS. HOWEVER IT IS VERY EASY TO BECOME BITTER WHEN YOU ARE CONSTANTLY TOLD THAT YOU ARE WRONG OR EVIL OR WILL BURN IN HELL. NOT ALL CHRISTIANS ARE LIKE THIS, BUT SO MANY ARE. JUDGE NOT LEST YE BE JUDGED SEAMS TO BE VERY HARD FOR SOME CHRISTIANS TO FOLLOW. AND FOR SOME PAGANS TO FOLLOW AS WELL. YOUR COWORKER HAS PROBABLY COME UP AGAINST PERSECUTION BEFORE AND AS WRONG AS IT MAY BE PROBABLY LUMPS ALL CHRISTIANS IN THE ENEMY CATEGORY. TRY GENTLY LETTING THIS PERSON KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT JUDGE HER AND THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE HER FRIEND YOU MIGHT BE PLEASANTLY SURORISED. HOWEVER IF YOU TRY PREACHING TO HER YOU ARE NOT LIKELY TO GET VERY FAR.

I don't hate Christians, but I do see some of them as an annoyance, and the more fundamentalists ones as a threat.
