Jehovah's Witnesses cite this verse as "proof" that Jesus Christ is not God, but rather the first angel that God created.

I need some advice to give to one of my friends. This is what he told me:

"I've become bulimic and very depressed"

The reason I'm posting this in the R&S category is because I want some good Christian advice. Bible verses would be good.

And I know some of you will say that the Bible is fake and you'll say good advice cannot come out of the Bible, but sorry, I'll believe in God no matter what you all say. I've learned to ignore those who seek to tell me that God doesn't exist.

I dont believe in neither god or the devil. A lot of people are saying that my religion is atheism but i dont like to be called ateist because to me being an ateist is beliving in the devil but not god. so i want to know wat my true religion is because i cant igure it out.....{If your going to answer please do not say that i am atheist.}

In the 80's the mormon/LDS church did a big campaign on backmasking and Procter and Gamble products, the P and J products had a wizard with a moon next to it on their lables at one time, this was considered very bad. Anyone ever hear about this and what does the wizard and moon mean anyways or what did it mean. The mormons advised, members not to buy these products, at least the members in UT.

evolution followed (i mean from that specific being to another one) but as to evolution (in the general sense) there are plenty of evidence: atrophia/hypertrophia, organisms adapting to new environments, genetic mutations, medicines that dont erase viruses but make them turn into something different (living organisms, whose environment is changed, changing to something different to survive in the new conditions)...why then is evolution theory so completely unthinkable for some people???
why for instance people born in warmer places are born with darker skins?? is that not a proof of adapting to the environment (i.e evolution) ?
i only think the "wrong" thing about evolution is that the word has a meaning of changing to something better, more perfect...and i think evolution is just a change to adapt to new environments and not necessarily implying perfection.
i studied humanity so i dont know much about science (i dont even know what is an I- pod but that is what i think)

I was raised catholic and all of that good stuff but resently I have been wondering why...why cant i believe in evolution(it makes sense)...why cant i go with my girlfriend to the park...why do i need to follow these rules...I want to tell my parents that i dont believe anything that the church tells me..i want to tell my parents this but i feel likei will be letting them down...what should i do..
