Perhaps, I don't think that evidence changes. The case where one species shows an adaption is a change or evolution but that it "evolved" does not mean the evidence evolved. Our understanding and methods for finding and analyzing evidence do evolve.

yes and no, there is evidence that an organism may take on a trait already present in the gene but previously dormant but there is no proof a cat became a dog or an ape a man ect (you know what i mean, i hope) I personally dont believe we evolved from ape and that they are egotistical and neglecting to even hypothesis there is a force were not (at least they are not) thinking about

Absolutely. The evolution of evidence for the evidence of evolution is evolving all the time. It's absolutely overwhelming.

Hmmm.
Physically, yes, evidence will literally change over time (disintegrate, fossolize, etc.)
Scientifically, yes, evidence will change the theories used to describe them as more is discovered.
The original data obtained from the evidence will not however.

You mean evidence of evolution? Yes, the fossil record is a timeline of the history of life on this planet.

Yes, there is.
As more information is gathered thoughts and sequence might change. But not the general idea.
