OK, I know that like all these sorts of questions, there is never just one answer, but just let me know one or two parts that you particularly like.

Cheers :-)

Also like, what religon is the church where everybody is dancing and stuff? I'm sick of going to a Catholic church where I always fall asleep besides, I don't think the pope is any cooler than Bush he's human too. Mormans look fun but for some reason I thought the last prophet was not Joesph Smith because of some Bible verse.

It only talks about the men/sons being born unto who ever, and not about any woman? Was this simply the fact that men wrote and put the bible together? I noticed that after I started reading the bible for the first time the other day (after about an hour my eyes started bleeding and my hands started burning so I put it down.)

so much comfort, why are most of them so stressed and enraged???
why dont they content themselves with enjoying so much love and comfort and keep on "personally relating" to their god instead of being a constant pain in the yeahh! for the rest???

question#2. Where did the apes come from?

My husband is a literalist, born-again, Southern Baptist. I am a spiritual/allegorical, born-again, Gnostic Christian Universalist. We both use the Bible but in different interpretations as you can imagine. About as opposite as you can get within the same religion! We are both Christian but do have some differing views as one might imagine, but this actually brings us closer.

What kind of Christian denominational mixes do you have in your partners/spouses?

And I don't mean, rehash what it says in the bible in your own words. Provide some evidence that the soul actually exists and is something tangible.

I don't pray to Satan. Those who pray to an actual Satan are known as Theistic, Gnostic or Spiritual Satanists. And those who pray to Lucifer are usually known as Luciferians. So what gives?

I'm joining rnh's campaign to ban Christian marriage. Time to remove their religion from what is essentially a legal contract.

It's obvious that they're on the wrong track; I mean, look at their divorce rate! And they insist on love and sex and marriage being so completely intertwined--and this one man/ one woman nonsense is totally outdated. I want to marry BOTH of my men, darn it!

Should belonging to a religion make those people better human beings? Or should it only provide some kind of comfort to those who practice it? Should the community and the world benefit from their practice of religion, or should only they benefit?

Imagine a loved one has cancer.

Do you pray your god for a cure for the cancer or would you prefer the person to die so that he/she goes to heaven for an eternal life? Or do you consult a scientifically trained doctor for some form of treatment?

Now that most christians have given up arguing the Intelligent design "theory" they are trying to claim god put us all here through evolution.

Could someone please explain to me why god would have done so, I mean for an omnipotent god to go through hundreds of millions of different species to get to mankind is laughable and should make one seriously consider the flaws in this "theory". Also did he then hit the earth with the meteor which wiped out the dinosaurs? Doesn't sound very benevolent to me.

Evolution on it's own makes sense, god doing it is even more absurd that the Intelligent design argument.

I just want to say that I morally object to your religious beliefs and I will be campaigning to ban you from marrying each other (because it undermines the type of marriage I stand for). But please understand that I don't hate YOU, just your filthy, unnatural Christian ways.

"Hate the sin, not the sinner"

Do you understand?
