I just want to say that I morally object to your religious beliefs and I will be campaigning to ban you from marrying each other (because it undermines the type of marriage I stand for). But please understand that I don't hate YOU, just your filthy, unnatural Christian ways.
"Hate the sin, not the sinner"
Do you understand?

michelle, as it happens, I'm not gay. I wouldn't want to be a person that only spoke in my own self-interest.
James O, homosexuality refers to consenting adults. Your example referred to minors - COMPLETELY different.

It appears that most people don't understand. How sad. And they'll continue talking down to gay people. Even more sad.

"Its ok if you hate me. Its not ok if you do something about it.
I would treat you the same way dear."
But nicely said, directing this to the Christians who are against homosexual marriages.

i just asked a question pertaining to this concept. about hating a belief system but not the believers.
it seems many people on R & S (those who are religious and those who aren't religious) seem to use this phrase but then hypocritically turn around and say things like "oh, anyone who believes that isn't thinking straight!". that is NOT bashing the religion, that's bashing the people themselves.
i have no problem if you hate christianity, just try not to let that hate influence your opinion of christian people themselves.
and it goes both ways. christians can hate atheism but they shouldn't hate atheists.
i don't know why our differences so often turn into personal attacks, but they do.
have a nice day :o)

"they hold almost half the truth about the bibles interpretation, and then all christians hate the sabbath keepers because they hold the whole truth" Are you speaking of the Jews? If so have you not heard the term Judeo-Christian? There is only one thing a true Believer can hate and that's sin.

Yes. It's okay. I have been a Christian for a number of years but I am still skeptical about "religion". We should always be on guard against the work of the devil. when people think that you have to dip your fingers in water before you go in the church is tha only way to heaven, there is a problem. Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven.

Sure, I get it.
I don't hate you, either, but your disrespect saddens me.
It makes me feel sorry for you that you think loving others and treating them well is unnatural and filthy.
Good luck in your campaign to keep Christians from marrying one another. You'll need it.
That will never happen.
It is the most natural thing in the world.
No lawyer in the world would touch that.
You are not a god. You do not decide what is a sin and what is not.
Good luck next time in an attempt to be witty.
This one didn't work.

Nice attempt at hypocrisy and sarcasm, but this really doesn't help your cause. Focus on education and tolerance, and don't give in to frustrated sarcastic rants.

Nice try but they'll never get. They love having their persecution complexes feed. A star for trying though.
