Satan and the fallen angels are the principalities of the powers in the Air. the rulers of this present darkness.. spiritual wickedness in High places. ( Eph 6:12)
We see that one day satan will be dethroned from his position in the air by Michael and His angels and limited in his activities to only the earth.Rev 12:7
That satan's final punishment will be Hell and where he will be bound
NOT until all the way in Revelation 20:10 do we actually see this
" And the devil who deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where also the beast and the false prophet were.. and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever"
So where do we get the concept that he will be torturing anyone in hell forever or that he is there now torturing people.
He is in league with demons on the earth and he is in the air taking advantage of and deceiving as many as he could into rejecting God's eternal salvation and to joining him in the lake of fire to be tormented forever and ever.

I'm trying to read the bible. the experience of which is like hitting myself over the head with a frying pan. I already have trust issues with god. I'm trying to work them out. the bible is not helping. I wont to have a relationship with god but it's hard.

the problems are:

1. I don't agree with a lot of his opinions.

2. reading the bible is hard.

3. believing in him is the only way to get saved.

can someone help.

why aren’t Protestants united under those true teachings?


Why isn’t there a sort of Protestant Vatican? Jesus only gave us one faith and set down one Church, yet there are thousands of different protestant denominations. They don’t all teach the same things and they don’t all believe the same things, yet they each claim to be right. How is this supposed to make any sense? How does this match with the one faith and one Church that Jesus gave us?

Okay, this church has been getting hit down and questioned in the media. I just want to know what real Christians are saying about it. Is it really a Christian denomination, or a cult? I've heard a lot of stuff about the ICC just being another cult and I want to know what people really think of them. It is unfortunate most Christians do not study Bible prophesies of Nature and scriptures both of Judaism and The Holy Bible. They say the Old Testament is over with for we now live by Grace not by Moses's laws. In the O.T. of the Bible it is written "I will no longer write my statues on Tablets of stone but upon my peoples hearts." What ever happened to the Ark of covenant and the Tablets of stone? Are they in the British, American, Egyptian musems? Are they in the hands of the Jews or the Blessed Blak Ethiopian Priests, a people of ELI (Matt: 27:46)? Before there were Tablets of Moses there are the The ALMIGHTY Tablets given unto the Maya people thousands of years before Moses & they are present unto this day. What did the prophesies say about this false Gregorian calender we live by that was introduce by Pope Gregory to deceive the world of the wholistic Truth of know'n their Kreator not by religion but prophesy of Nature, Love and Life. I wonder what Yahoo viewers have to say.

.......is the combined fault of man and/or Satan?

For instance, man (or woman, I ain't sexist) invents the cure for AIDS. Does this happens due to God's most wonderful grace, or because a man (or chick......I am a little sexist, I lied) was smart enough, and all the credit is due to him?

But say an African child is orphaned by AIDS, and with no one to support him (or her....it's too serious right now for jokes) he will surely die of starvation.

Is this man and/or Satan's fault?

And if the answer is "no" to the question: "Bible believers, do you believe everything good is God, and everything bad is the combined fault of man and/or Satan?" I'm curious to hear what exceptions you feel there are to this rule.

How did an all-powerful God come into existance? Especially one that is so complicated it is impossible to even begin to grasp such a thing. And why would a God, care about us and listen to prayers? How could anyone possibly believe that a God would want us too NOT question him?

Someone says "I don't think a belevolent God would do...." or "God is not a sexist God so he would not command ...." or "God doesn't want people to suffer so hise rule xxx is not applicable to modern day times."

God's rule is FOREVER! RIght? What's up with mixing your opinion and what you think compared to what God has ordained. Just becuz u THINK it is outdated or sexist (ex. women can't be priest nor speak in the church) doesn't mean God doesnt have a reason (much more than u could comprehend) behind it.

Now, do you trust GOD or what YOU think? Are you beliefs timeless or do u have to continually change them as time changes? Because I personally can't believe in a religion that needs to be modified. God's law should stand forever.

i read the first harry potter and i HATED IT! i even tried reading the 2nd book and couldnt finish it...SO BORING! so dont say im defending harry potter because im a fan (since im so not)...but anyway....why did catholics and christians say that about harry potter? what about it was so evil? who cares if it has stuff about witches and wizards? so do disney movies and other cartoons and children books but i dont see people calling any other those evil? whats the deal?? i heard its because there was a rumor saying rowiling sold her soul to the devil for her book to become popular...but that sounds really stupid to me...so any responses?

That more and more people are starting to turn to atheism? I believe it is. I see no reason on this earth to believe in him. Actually I dont. I am an atheist. So even if he did exist, why would he allow so many people to stop believing in him. Looks to me like God is lazy. If its Satan thats behind Atheism well, Satan must be a harder worker and much more passionate about his work. Agreed?

I was mousy, frightened, and helpless. I felt nervous all the time. I no longer feel this way since I have left the religion. I am even happy. Why should I return to a religion which made me seriously consider suicide?
