That more and more people are starting to turn to atheism? I believe it is. I see no reason on this earth to believe in him. Actually I dont. I am an atheist. So even if he did exist, why would he allow so many people to stop believing in him. Looks to me like God is lazy. If its Satan thats behind Atheism well, Satan must be a harder worker and much more passionate about his work. Agreed?

Im not really trying to be logical, more rhetorical. I dont acknowledge the existence of God, I only acknowledge that some do believe in the idea of God. SO in a sense I'm trying to make a point that Atheism is a direct result of a lock of "God".

I am an Atheist. I dont believe in God. When I talk as if I do believe in God, I am being sarcastic and trying to make a point. GOD DOESNT EXIST. Its not supposed to sound logical. I know what atheism is about.

Absolutely... It certainly isn't my fault, or yours, is it?

If god can't do a better job of showing people that he is and that his plan includes everyone ....that his promises aren't empty or just a load of dung, then you have to decide that the blame belongs on him, and not on you or me.

Since you do not believe...it is a moot question & an exercise in futility.

If God were to blame, then that would mean that people did not possess the right of choice and freewwill. We DO have free will.

Conversely, I can want to believe and swear that the sun does not shine during the day until I am blue in the face, but my wish or belief does not change what is.

I also think too many people have the convenient mindset to cast blame and point fingers at anyone and everyone ELSE for the problems or ills in their lives, when the one who IS responsible for their situation, stares back at them in the bathroom mirror every day.

The more I think of it, the more I am beginning to see that the system of things we are living in now is an answer to the slander that Satan let loose in the Garden. He told the first humans that they could know right and wrong and be Gods themselves, and NOT need our heavenly father. This is what it is like folks. Do you like it? Never before in history has man been more free and given his rights. Look at what we have done in the past 100 years. The planet is signaling SOS.

No Leon - I don't agree much at all.

First - I don't believe that God is a "HE" - It's not a big Daddy in the sky that judges you - or that you should request things from. God is the Power of Love. You find it within you. We can all tap into it if we want. God can't be lazy - because God doesn't "do" anything. It just is. It's a Power - and It's there for us to use if we choose to use it.

Oh - and I don't believe in Satan. That's just silly fear-based stuff.

God has a plan. He doesn't want some people to believe. all you atheists are jerks. Why would he want you in heaven? He made you not believe to keep you out. He also made you jerks. That way he could send some one to hell that the good christians could have an example of what happens to those who don't believe. It makes chrisitians believe even more to know that you unbelieving jerks are going to fire forever in hell.
Either that or he's not real.

Yes, agreed.

By the way, if you Christians are trying to spread the "love" of God, then why the rude answers? Looks like most of you are just spreading a disease. All I can say is that I'm glad I'm immune.
mooseback, your answer is completley rediculous, and rude, and it proves my point. If anyone will be burning in hell, it'll be you.

God is lazy i don't think so. because God is working everyday

That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Matthew 5:45
King James Version

he maketh the sun rise on the evil and on good, and sendeth rain to the just and unjust.

If God is lazy are we still alive?

Get my point

When you ask if it is God's fault that people are turning to Atheism, you present a contradiction in your thinking. Someone who doesn't believe in God could hardly blame Him for anything....right?

If God were to make Himself so obvious, it would violate the principal of free will. The Talmud says, "All is in the hands of heaven, except fear of heaven." Everything that happens to us is divinely guided, life is full of tests of our faith. But the choices we make, both physical and spiritual, are in our own hands. And so are the consequences of our actions.

How can it be God's fault is God doesn't exist?

Don't blame stuff on your imaginary friends. Do you want to join us in reality or not?
