I recently posted a question calling atheists out on a flaw in your belief structure.. thats not important to what im asking now, but i got some responses in it that said "the overwelming evidence that God doesnt exist..." yet these folks failed to provide me with some details to this evidence. I was wondering if some of you could help me out in discusing some of these details.

Also please note that im not a believer that Evolution is proof that God doesnt exist,.. so please dont use it. I would get into a conversation of why i believe this to be but I dont got all night heh.. Ill be watching and responding to your thoughts. Thanks for answering.

Let me know what you think... and, would you want to listen to the "real" thing?
------

"Let All mortal Flesh Keep Silence"

Let all mortal flesh keep silence
And with fear and trembling stand
Ponder nothing worldly minded
For with blessing in His hand

Christ our God to Earth descended
Our full homage to demand
King of Kings yet born of Mary
As of all on Earth He stood

Lord of Lords in human nature
In the body and the blood
He will give to all the faithful
His own self for heavenly food

At His feet the six-winged Seraph
Cherobim with watchful eye
Veiled their faces to His presence
As with ceaseless voice they cry:

"Hallelujah Ha-llelujah...
Hallelujah, Lord, most High!"

Certainly not me. I have dealt with them for many years. IT is not hate to speak the truth in love.

I remember when they were told they could not smoke. And those that continue to smoke would be put out of the organization.

Most people you meet in JW came from some other religion. The bible said the same thing that they say it says now. Why didn't they go door to door then.

It is not hate to speak the truth. They cannot read the bible on their own. They cannot interpet what they read because they all have to speak the same thing.

What makes them think they have the truth when there truth came about in the 1800 from a man that was an adultry and a lier.

No, it is not hatre of the JWs it is making people aware that you lose free will. You are not allowed to reach your own conclusion.

And most people that I know that have being JW came out of bad situations and needed some discplines.

This is not hatre, this is love...for the truth. And I do love you all.

hasn't been heard from since? Does that mean he is on vacation? Or, maybe, he doesn't exist! (muhammed, and others who have had delusions of grandeur, don't count.)

Instead of basebal, could we all play some dodgeball next time??? I was wondering for a different challenge against another forum, how about playing dodgeball?

Both sides pick 10 players (which are announced), who each ask one question on a given topic (all at the same time). For the next 15 minutes, if you get less than say, 20 answers, you are out. If you get 20+ answers, you continue playing with another question for the next round. The last person still in with questions wins for their team. Questions would be asked at 15 minute intervals until only one person was still in the game...once you are out, you can't answer or ask any more questions until the game is over.

Rules include no using multiple accounts, and questions have to follow YA guidelines and be on a particular topic which both sides agree to.

R&S Regulars, What do you think? Are you up to seeing if we can get 10 challengers from the Polls & Surveys? If so, what topic?

Ban religion, feel that they know better for you than you do. Have zero tolerance, want total control so that a minority agenda can control the masses. We live in a country dominated by Christians and they have the rights to excercise their beliefs, why do you want to take away my rights so bad?

God clearly says that homosexuality isn't right. Now we have many Pastors and Priests coming forward and letting them get married in the church. I have even heard that there are gay pastors out there. How is that possible? Part of being a Chirstian is, trying to lead a better life.

i mean christian dogma is almost impossible to follow, "love thy enemy, put the other cheek, love god before yourself..." this things go against an instinct on all human beings: no one loves his enemy (almost impossible, think of a person who wants to kill you, it is impossible that you love him, no one puts the other cheek (when someone hurts you, you can´t help but hating the person), love god before yourself (it is impossible for anyone to love anything (and most a something you cannot feel (see, hear or touch)) before oneself: it is called instict of survival and we all have it.

Or do you think that the existance of God is a possibility? Did Steven Hawking totally rule out the possibility that God exists? Again: I am not trying to be judgemental here. I mean no harm, I'm just asking.

As I have read the bible several times back and forth looking for this word and I have only read it, I believe three times myself. The other thing is that when I read it, it was first said at Antioch no time before then. Why? Please help me to understand because we are called Ambassadors right?

too me "guilty pleasure" & "sin" are basically the same thing. or maybe "guilty pleasure" would be a subcategory of "sin". but sin is too religiously oriented, & that leaves so many smart atheists leaving dumb answers of "i don't believe in sin" when i ask what your favorite sin would be. thus, i ask this question, in hopes for better answers from non-believers.

Now that Scooter got out of jail for perjury and obstruction of justice, why not make things right with Genarlow Wilson?

Wilson recieved a 10 year sentance at age 17 for having consensual oral sex with a 15-year-old girl.

http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/eticket/story?page=Wilson

Why doesn't Bush find this excessive? Should we all be prosecuted for our teenage promiscuities to the same extent as Wilson?

Which is more Christian, Wilson's 10-year sentence, or showing mercy on a promising young man?

1) Tithing - The most important step toward achieving financial well being is to pay tithing first-no excuses or exceptions. President Gordon B. Hinckley counseled: "some of you have money problems. I know that. You are struggling to get along. What is the cure? The only thing I know is the payment of tithing."

evidently this world population "clock" says that there is an abortion almost every second(worldwide).

http://www.poodwaddle.com/worldclock.swf

it just makes no sense to me.
most americans sincerely think that abortions are the more moral thing to do in certain cirmustances. These aren't people who "love death" or "hate god"; you have to be careful before you slanderously question the humanity of people who are pro-choice.

If 23,000,000 million have died so far this year, that would mean we have certianly killed at least 200,000,000 babies in the last 50 years. If god gave a crap, why wasn't he more clear about it in the bible?
It's so silly to think that "thou shalt not kill" covers this one.
do you think that god would do nothing while humans killed hundreds of millions of babies because they didn't technically understand if god really meant not to kill unwanted zygotes as well in this verse?

If god cared about these lives, he would do something about it.
