God clearly says that homosexuality isn't right. Now we have many Pastors and Priests coming forward and letting them get married in the church. I have even heard that there are gay pastors out there. How is that possible? Part of being a Chirstian is, trying to lead a better life.

I'm with you on this.
Don't call yourself a christian if you're not even going to attempt to follow him completely. ALL over the Bible it talks about homosexuality and how it's wrong. The Bible is the inspired word of God though it was written with mans hands it was told by God's voice. The men who wrote the Bible lived many years apart they all couldnt have just gotten together and picked out which topic they were going to talk about in their book! homosexuality is wrong I will never accept it as right but I dont hate gays Jesus loved everyone just because I think what you're doing is wrong doesnt mean I hate you. I am to love my enemies.

part of being a christian too is accepting others for who they are, and i think it's better when saying you are leading a better live involves not being prejudice and judging others. we're not all perfect. gay people can't help being gay. people were born with wisdom, understanding, and knowledge, and with that comes self-realisation. if one of your friends come out and says they're gay, why should you have a problem with that if you're not gay yourself? i think as christians, we seem to be relying too much about what it says in the bible rather than going by what we believe is the right way to lead a good/better life. when you are referring to gay marriages in a church, never throught time has gay marriages ever even been accepted by the church, so for it to be said that they let gay people get married in a church is not true. and how can there be gay pastors out there when they dedicate their lives to God and only God? seriously, i have no idea where you get your information from

Many of these pastors and priests have finally realized that the messages of tolerance and love are more important than the clearly political anti-gay messages in the man-written Bible.

Surely discriminating against some one, especially over something they can't control, is leading a better life?

Wow is that a new religion: Chirstianity, LOL, I thought it was spelled Xtian.

Also you know what god says, have you spoken to this fake supreme being. I'm sure you have.

Lastly, if your trying to lead a better life, then why don't you actually try helping someone, instead of bashing people.

"THEM" what are you to shallow minded to even call us by our proper name. And if gay is a sickness, can I call in to work "GAY" tomorrow. Gay marriage? Most of the straight people don't even believe in a true covenant between themselves and God. Basically it is a piece of paper, I do not need a piece of paper to tell me that I can love my partner and be faithful to her. Your either called to pastor or not, God's calling is without recompence. It will not return void, gay or not. And I beg your parden but why can't I lead a better life being gay. WHOSOEVER is the word you are not wanting to see. I have a degree in theology, the original greek and Hebrew text mentions nothing of homosexuality. Our good friend King James brough all that in to play. You don't think he used it to control his people. Wake up!

It comes from rejecting the Bible and befriending the world. My pastor won't even hold a license to marry people, for two reasons. (1) The state just as quickly hands out marriage licenses to queers; (2) He will always refuse two queers coming to him requesting that he marry them. If he does that, he could be charged with hate.

I think we'll be seeing increasing numbers of Christians taking a church wedding only and not putting anything on any legal documents that the state recognizes. It isn't worth the paper its printed on anyway.

Besides, there is no such thing as a marriage ceremony anywhere in the Bible. Biblical marriage is the coming together of one man and one woman in the flesh, and the two shall be one flesh.

The idea of matrimony being sacramental is Roman Catholic and not Christian.

Does God CLEARLY say homosexuality isn't right? What does in mean in the book of Samual when it says that David loved Johnathan deeper than he loved any woman? Where does it clearly say homosexuality isn't right? Because I've read the Bible, and homosexuality is only mentioned 6 times. Not one of those times is it clear that homosexuality isn't right.

I find that the subject of homosexuality is very unclear. Yet, I find that the Bible is very clear on the subject, of love thy neighbor. I also find that the Bible says judge not, lest ye be judged. Also, the Bible speaks clearly against lying. Yet, we don't hold people to tell lies to the same level of guilt as homosexuals.

Answer this question, would Jesus reject gays? Remember the story of Jesus and the prostitute? Have you ever known Jesus to ever judge, look down or reject anybody? Isn't He your role model? You'd rather look to other books in the Bible than listen to Jesus's message of love thy neighbor.

What's the problem?

Isaiah 5:20 Woe to those who are saying that good is bad and bad is good, those who are putting darkness for light and light for darkness, those who are putting bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!

21 Woe to those wise in their own eyes and discreet even in front of their own faces!

What I do not understand is how is it that you are surprised by people di=oing what was porphesied?

This goes for all Bible believers, this time and the attitudes of the people living now, was foretold long ago, and yet many of you recoil in shock?
I thought that faith in the Bible meant that, we should have faith in what was foretold, and not be surprised by the things that are to happen?

My pastor preaches that it is a greater sin to pretend to be somebody else than to be homosexual
