Now that Scooter got out of jail for perjury and obstruction of justice, why not make things right with Genarlow Wilson?
Wilson recieved a 10 year sentance at age 17 for having consensual oral sex with a 15-year-old girl.

Why doesn't Bush find this excessive? Should we all be prosecuted for our teenage promiscuities to the same extent as Wilson?
Which is more Christian, Wilson's 10-year sentence, or showing mercy on a promising young man?

If you think Genarlow Wilson is a bigger criminal than either Bush, Cheney, or Libby, then you are out of touch with the real world.

Spectacular question. Perhaps Bush should be prosecuted for his crimes against humanity and drug use as a young adult.

i think of you will possibly desire to do a Google on Ramos & Compean and consider the testimony of alternative officer's on the scene and the U. S. legal expert's assertion, which substitute into publicly released. the regulations of engagement for border patrol officers state that they might use deadly rigidity to guard their life or the lives of others interior the execution of their responsibilities. No regulation enforcement officer is legally allowed to shoot an unarmed suspect interior the decrease back (buttocks subsequently), as that "fleaing" suspect poses no danger to life. Now, so some distance as committing against the regulation with a firearm, it relatively is a Federal regulation, that there are not any exceptions in for wrongful use of a firearm by a regulation enforcement officer, even if, i think that if using the firearm is the alleged crime, then it falls exterior of the rationale of the regulation. The rationale of the regulation substitute into to make harder sentencing regulations for different crimes utilizing a weapon, like theft, housebreaking, rape, etc. subsequently, i does not be detrimental to the placing aside of the enforcement of that Federal claus interior the regulation, yet I nonetheless believe those officers violated the regulation besides as many departmental techniques and need to have outcomes to their strikes.

Bush is a slimy low life who has no respect for anyone outside his circle of cronies. This poor kid you are talking about had a great future destroyed by something that you can bet goes on constantly with kids that age. It infuriates me. I blame the neo-cons on the harsh sentence. Their abstinence only program is such a failure I think they are pushing these ridiculous laws.

What is even more absurd is that the laws are dependant on the state. Do girls mature in some states earlier than others?
