What proof do you have for intelligent design? The bible isn't proof, thats a book written over 2000 years ago and God won't come to earth to verify its legitimacy. The banana was full of seeds and difficult to eat until humans used artificial selection to make it into what it is today. Seriously, look up a wild banana.

So what proof is there for ID? So far the only so called "proof" that I have seen is you trying to disprove evolution. Which has failed for the last 150 years. If something came around which proved that evolution was false, it would be thrown out and the person who made that discovery would become one of the most famous in the world. That is how science works.

Saying evolution is a theory means nothing, a theory is the strongest ideology in science, gravity is a theory, atoms are a theory.

So, what proof is there for ID?

Apparantly somewhere in the year of 2012 a lot of globally important events are said to be in store for mankind. I was brought up Catholic but knew nothing about it. Since I started studying all different forms of Christianity I don't know what to call myself but a Jesus loving girl! I want to change my lifestyle (partying, and living the typical college life) but have no support from the people around me who told me that I was Catholic and there was no other way. This is one of the most difficult things I have ever faced but want to learn and experience so much more through the Lord. PLEASE HELP ME! The man I'm with now is the one I want to marry but he only knows me as the college party girl who goes to church on Sundays to repent what happened that week. Additionally, he's atheist and so is my father. What should I do besides pray until I can't pray anymore?!

Wouldn't you think that if Christianity could do ANYTHING at all, it could keep the divorce rate down among its own membership? Nonetheless, divorce among the "born again" is as high or higher than any other group.

What reason can you give me not to use this information as evidence supporting the conclusion that Christianity is simply a mass delusion?

I am studying to be a Jehovah Witness (not one yet), my fiance is atheist, my dad is a jehovah witness but my mom isn't. The rest of my family are different branches of Christianity. How does Jehovah feel if I have a non-denomination minister? Will that be rude to him or showing disrepect? Is there somewhere in the scriptures I can be directed to?

I have been thinking a lot lately. Origin of life, religion, God, this world.. you know there comes a time when a person needs to define them self and not go by there parents definition for them.. Anyway and so I was sitting and and my mom, brothers, and mom and dad were all in living room and generally we have small talk about religion or day to day stuff and I never talk about stuff I think but today I told them the Surat in Quran that says how God said we made life from water but it also says that Adam and Eve were born in heaven! Also about God's will and freedom of will or choice. My told me to stop thinking but is not it natural to think? Is not is human nature to want to know about universe! I know there might be some things we can't hope to understand but to switch off your brain?
I am confused! HELP
