What is the meaning of "drinks" as an answer to a dumb question? Sometimes I feel like I need a drink after reading some of these questions, is that what we mean?

They're for questions that get asked over and over again. We have drinking games here, like whenever someone asks a Pascal's Wager question, the regulars can usually be found *gulping* or *drinks* ing

That's exactly what it means.
You've heard of drinking games for certain movies or shows, when they say the same thing again and again (Don't try it with "Deadwood". BTW -there's a certain word they use all the time and you'd be passed out drunk by then end of an episode.)
On here, it's the same questions asked over and over again that call for a drink.

when some asks a circular reasoning question... "how can the bible be wrong if the bible says it's the word of god?"... or some other such questions... every one takes a drink! Like if you watch "24",... when Jack Bauer says, "dammit, there's no time" everyone takes a drink! Get it?? Now drink up!!
