isn´t that selfish??
free will = do whatever you want to but if you dont do what i want i send you to hell for eternity...what kind of freedom is that???
Why is god "supposed" to be the good one if he punishes those who don´t follow his rules???
(I know this is going to offend some but that was the same attitude that Mussolini, Franco and/or Pinochet had)

Gluttony, adultery, homosexuality, alcohol, fornication...all can have serious ramifications in terms of individual health.

Lying, stealing, cheating, murder...all have serious ramifications for society.

Therefore, wouldnt he be an unlikely canidate to receive a devine vision concerning the Cross. Did he poison the church by mixing Pagan concepts with Christian teachings?

For example, the cross was a Pagan symbol he used to represent his army before he was converted. It then became used as the symbol of Christianity.

I'm asking if persons here have actualy took time to study communication to the point where they learned it from a master of it (someone with a degree) instead of just learning it from lifes experiences.

If you are one of thouse that have taken comm classes and such what did you gain from thouse classes?

If you are one of the people who understands communcation very well what are you doing to help other people understand it better?

When you understand and realize how to communicate well does it change you?

How important is communication when talking about a subject spirituality or religion?

Their leaders and high-ranking figures have virtually always been secular and left-wing. None that I can think off off-hand are religious. No doubt among the general population the majority consider themselves Muslims, but as I understand it,they are for the most part non-practicing. So as far as the battle for Palestine being a religious war, wouldn't that be primarily on the Jewish side of the issue? By which I mean their claim or belief that God promised them this land,God gave this land to me,etc. etc.

If a website existed for debating all of your beliefs would you guys join? I'd be willing to crate one in the near future to eliminate all of this fighting on Y!A. You could debate via a message board which would allow the original poster to argue back. So would you guys joined?

People get VERY VERY angry when I present karma without its mystical element; I remember a guy receiving the same de-mysticized answer about karma from a deeply realized zen master at a workshop and the guy wasn't too happy. Why do we humans so DESPERATELY want to live forever??
