assaults on Catholics in this World? I think I might because they will know the truth and Jesus already had died for us too so ... (he knows everything anyway)

Midge,
It is best to see any assault on your faith, from a Protestant or otherwise, to be your honor before Jesus. He must feel that you are up to the challenge or He wouldn't allow it. If you suffer assaults on your faith, you know the truth.

Try to tell them the truth. If they won't listen to you, maybe they will in the future. Maybe you can see it as planting seeds of truth for Jesus to water them, the Holy Spirit to nourish them and the Father to gather them.

We can't judge them. We can't even judge ourselves.

I hope this helps.

I try to do my best in this world to clear up any misunderstanding that Protestants may have about the Catholic Church. I figure once you know the truth, you're responsible for what you do with it. What happens after that is between the person and God.

I'm sure that we're all going to hear God tell us that we were wrong about things that we thought, felt, or believed, so I don't have any room to judge others. All I can do is lovingly point out what the Church really teaches, as opposed to the things that people believe about us Catholics.

The Catholic church is a Christian church who hint their historic previous back to the time of Christ. via Apostolic Succession, they suspect the Pope is Christ's spokesman in the international. Jesus made St. Peter the pinnacle of the Church, and the Catholics have faith that Peter exceeded the potential all the way down to his successor, and he surpassed all of it the way down to his successor, each and each of ways all the way down to immediately to Pope Benedict. The clergymen and Bishops are the successors to the Apostles and the Disciples. The protestant church broke far flung from the heavy surpassed rule of the Pope sometime in the middle a protracted time. The Catholic church considers the Protestant a "heresy" or an outright Lie, or "incorrect thinkers". maximum Protestant Church's experience the same way with regard to the Catholics. i'm no longer attentive to too lots approximately them. The third branch of Christianity is the Orthodox, or Western, church. those believers broke far flung from the church of Rome over Papal Supremacy and a few different motives. The Catholic church believes the Orthodox church is a valid church, in basic terms separated from the "genuine" church.

I have to agree. There has been wars and persecution on both sides of the fence, and if I don't want the Inquisition thrown in my face, I don't have the right to bring up persecution we have received. Best to let the Judge of all things, and the One who paid the price for our Sin, handle it. Let those of us without sin cast the first stone!

I know I will. In fact, I think I will probably cry because I already feel so sorry for them - for the hatred they carry around inside them.

How can they call themselves children of God when hey hate???
