I'm looking into my back yard and I see a fruit tree. I know that this tree is feeding of the nutriants in the soil. It amazes me that I can just walk over pick the fruit and start eating. It also gives of oxygen . If this isn't the hand of God I don't know what would be.

Defination of Mind; ( In my view )

Mind is the collection of energy force which drive living thing's brain. Soul is the driving force (energy) or attribute of Mind.

Human's 5 senses are connect to Mind to describe all the motions.

Example

Walking by the roadway, we might observe a vehicle in a motion. It appeared from one direction, come towards us, and disappears in the other direction. By observation of this long chain of actions of the vehicle, our mind forms the notion that the vehicle is in motion.

Our mind form the motion by 2 physical organ parts. Eyes and Ears.

The eyes reflected the color projective element in the car appearing and disappering at various points of the road, and by the calculation of the various points it appeared on the road, the mind formed the sensation that the vehicle was in motion. Similarly, the ears reflected the projective sound element which reached our ear with varing intensity and from varing directions throught its passage...

I've heard a lot about not eating and eating meat. But what does God REALLY say about eating meat? What does it say in the Bible? Did he make us to eat meat daily, or did he ask us to save it for special occasion??

Namely, are we the only species that contemplates our own mortality while we are still otherwise thriving physically? Do animals think they are "alive" or they just "are"? If you think there is a difference, where does the distinction come from?

I’ve heard that one needs to read the Bible with faith and believe what it tells you. These things include people walking on water, the sun stopping in its course across the sky, snakes talking, and the dead coming back to life.

What else is one suppose to read with faith?

The Egyptian Book of the Dead?
Peter Pan?
Science papers and text books?
At the Mountains of Madness?

What are the criteria for determining when one needs to read with faith and when one needs to let the manuscript speak for itself while engaging critical thinking and observations of the physical universe?

I'm a Christian myself and we went over this chapter in bible study, and I'm still struggling with this one:

"And he said unto them, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Put every man his sword by his side, and go in and out from gate to gate throughout the camp, and slay every man his brother, and every man his companion, and every man his neighbor."

I'd like answers from CHRISTIANS please, because i already heard the anti-christian side to this.

So what do you think? Why would God say these things?

Isn't the Jesuit Oath a hoax. I have heard of some secret oath and read a liitle of it but I have also read that it has been proven a hoax, just as much as the Davinci code. Is it just people that want a good story.

God Bless,

I'm trying to figure out how some people's minds work. I just read two questions.

The first one stated that Protestants are jealous of Catholics, because Catholics have a virgin Mary. The second one stated that atheists secretly want to be Christians.

I always assumed that if a persons wants to follow a certain religion, he can just do that. No need for jealousy or denying yourself to believe in what you want to believe in.

But I'm obviously missing something. Do certain religions have very high membership fees which make it almost impossible to join? Is that why people are jealous of other religions or deny themselves the beliefs they 'secretly' have?
