Memebership fees? Money? Wow you've really strayed from the point of religion. I am a Catholic, I follow Jesus Christ. Jesus tells us to be kind to live a life as his. Now if you think giving someone a smile or helping someone out costs money, you are totally missing the point. The whole bickering between the Protestant Church and Catholic Church is that everything we do is questioned and tried to be proven wrong. So we must stand up for our beliefs. And somew people, not knowing how to control their mouths make it a hateful situation.

It is faith - rising from your heart. No rituals, nothing. No membership fees. Religion is not somebody's personal club where one has to pay a fees to be a member. It comes from your Atman - soul. So if you really feel that your faith is strong for a certain path of spiritualism - popularly known as religion, you just surrender to it and you are converted. This is for your faith... for the changes in your legal documents you may need to pay a fees :)

No membership fee that I'm aware of to become Catholic. Though if time is money than one would have to count the cost of the time spent in RCIA classes.
Oh, and maybe if you decide to buy a book, like the Bible or the Catechism.
And that's my 2 cents.

that's whilst each and every television preacher on the face of the earth needs your soul. yet they're going to settle for funds truly. have you ever observed that when church homes ask for money they'd care much less no remember in case you will desire to consume, basically that God desires a clean Crystal Cathedral, or funds for politicking. Jesus reported to have self belief in him and we ought to have eternal existence. It replaced right into a fact freed from skills, or mailing and working with expenses, no longer to show surcharges on the form or sort of worship. the different faith does ask for sacrifice, all properly and stable, yet often those sacrifice come at an altar and contain livestock, sheep, birds, or kinds of nutrition. In observing Christianity, residing as a Christian, understanding i'm a Christian, so oftentimes Christian's are asked to sacrifice no longer basically money yet their have faith and credulity in an all or no longer something bid for salvation. and that's the place no atheist could take in the mantle of a Christian or the different faith. this is all too real that Christianity as carried out greater to injury one's faith in God, over the centuries historic previous has given many atheist's pause, and for stable motives. faith does no longer propose we lay aside our credulity, it ability we've self belief interior the unique message, unadulterated, without speaking head in between. Oh, the Church has a place for steering and retaining what we would desire to have self belief because of the fact the kernel of religion, and it has a precise to assume a definite allegiance, however the certainty of our spirituality is husbanded by utilising the Church, no longer taken benefit of. those attempting to dupe social protection based seniors of their money don't recognize what it ability to be Christian. a real Christian facilitates the widow and the orphanage, they do no longer flow subbing green prayer cloths of their palms because of the fact the cheque is plucked from it. How do you assume an atheist to furnish credit to Jesus whilst this type of large sort of followers of his have been no greater desirable than self belief adult men with crosses on their necks or waving Bibles? No. I have never heard of such a thing like membership fees. If you tithe ( no one forces you to give money, it is between you and Gd ), that is a fair amount of money. However, I have never regretted the money I give for my church or any church.

The only one I know of that gives you a bill when you wish to convert is Mormon's--they require a tenth to convert. Other than that, I think a person could financially choose whatever they wish.

My religion is cheap. :)
I think people spend way too much time pointing out differences and not enough seeing the similarities. Their base faith is the same. They follow Jesus. Who cares how as long as they are being good people?
