Why dosen"t God just exhibit himself in such a blatant way that people would have to believe he exists?

The laws governing Gods behavior are...
God is perfect.
God is solely good.
God knows everything.
God does not make mistakes.
Now explain to me how evil can exist if these statements are true?
If God is all these things then he could not have created an ANGEL so imperfect or evil as the devil(Unless he wanted too and he couldnt because God has no evil within him.)
Please no lame outs here like God can do anything he chooses or Its not Gods fault the devil has free will.
According to these four laws of God behavior(Which cannot be bent or broken this would mean that God is not perfect and thus open to mistakes) GOD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING AND NOTHING ESCAPES HIS SIGHT!!!!!!!!!
The only explanation for this situation is that there is no good and evil only right and wrong.
God has his angel Satan working for him to tempt man with right and wrong.
To say the devil is evil is to say God made a mistake in his creation.
God does not make mistakes Right?
Begin with Excuses.

DEVIL ESPECIALLY HATES PRAYERS IN LATIN, SAYS A PRIEST KNOWN AS 'ROME'S EXORCIST'
The devil doesn't like Latin," writes Tracy Wilkinson in The Vatican's Exorcists. "That is one of the first things I learned from Father Gabriele Amorth, long known as Rome's chief exorcist, even though that has never been his formal title.

"Now past the age of eighty, Father Amorth has dedicated the last decades of his life to regaining a measure of respectability for exorcism. Despite his advancing age, he continues to perform the rite several times a week at his office in Rome.

Different people will have different views- our view might not be the same as that of the people whose country is the battlefield.

How do you tell?

a while back i saw this documentary on hbo that really bothered me.

it was about evangelicals that were in a room with kids from age 3 to no older than 8 accompanied by parents and grandparents.
i watched the preacher telling the kids why creationism was true and why evolution was false.
after that they showed the kids pictures of monkies with lipstick and glasses on and the preacher said now do your grandparents look like this? and the kids of course laughing say no. the preacher smile and says i didn't think so cause that would be silly. now does anybody believe in evolution? the kids all together say no again.

anyway i found this to be wrong because those kids really didn't understand anything and the preacher looked like he felt victorious
those kids were just answering no on account of because theyre grand parents didn't look like monkies.
a true brain washing indeed don't you think?
by the way the preacher was ted haggard who later was cought with meth and male hooker

Given that all human existence (that we know about) centers around staying alive on a little blue marble floating around in barren space, why isn't the number one religion all about not melting the polar ice? Shouldn't that be the topic of conversation for people every Sunday morning? Isn't it a tad foolish to pretend to be "pious" but to go ahead and melt the ice and then blame God for it with the Noah and the ark story?

Ask yourself this: If so-and-so had ALL knowledge, would they have done wrong?

It is imperfection that we must forgive, since we are all imperfect. The greatest challenge to our self is to forgive ignorance. We are all ignorant, in one way or another.
Is it so hard to forgive knowing this? Knowing that if that killer, that rapist, that hurtful person KNEW BETTER they'd make better actions?

From a really fantastic and interesting article about the Hindu Right in India, which seems to act a lot like our own Christian Right, by Martha Nussbaum.

The article:
http://chronicle.com/temp/reprint.php?id=t15b1l92nf46jb6sq8b82dpsct9f9003

The quote:
"The real "clash of civilizations" is not between "Islam" and "the West," but instead within virtually all modern nations -- between people who are prepared to live on terms of equal respect with others who are different, and those who seek the protection of homogeneity and the tion of a single "pure" religious and ethnic tradition. At a deeper level, as Gandhi claimed, it is a clash within the individual self, between the urge to te and defile the other and a willingness to live respectfully on terms of compassion and equality, with all the vulnerability that such a life entails."

When people rally together for the goodness of GOD he answers prayers, many believed that is how President Busg was elected so far ahed of Kerry and was such a big shocker for the Democratic Party.

Since the buzz is Christians will also rally to the Power of Prayer again, to vote for a president that will preserve the values of the USA many want to keep in place and tradition, do you think this scares Democrats? and will they want to engage in prayer themselves?

I am just curious on your thoughts on my questions I am going to ask you. Since there many different religions out there in the world, and if everyone of those religions have there own version of H*ell. Wouldn't that you mean that you we are all going to some kind of H*ell for not believing in someone else's religion?

Between your bf and yr family? My boyfriend thinks that my family is controlling. My family thinks he is. He is always mad about something but we've had a great, in many ways, relationship. He is a wonderful person. My family says that I cannot afford to help him right now, that I need to care for myself. He says that I am Biblically to go to him, not my family (Matt 19:4-6). I asked for more time with an engagement but he didn't understand. I don't want to lose either side but this makes me feel very upset and I have withdrawn. I feel like being alone. I feel like I've hurt everyone.
