Prayer does not depend on words, but on the state of the heart and soul.
I grew up on a story that told of someone who had died walking down a great hall with doors on each side with St. Peter.
From some doors he heard coming booming voices proclaiming: Great God I stand before you and request that you do these great acts. The man asked what is that and Peter answered "That is someone that thinks they are praying", further down the corridor he hear gentle sobbing sounds coming from a door and asked "What is that" and Peter answered That is someone that is praying.
The greatness of the prayer is judged by what is in the heart of the one praying and their willingness to bend to God's will for their life.

False. First, declaring which prayers are better is to claim to know the opinion of God (or other deity of choice). Second, is God on some sort of time crunch? "Boy, I wish little Joey would finish up with this prayer...there's only so much praising I can take, and I have a golf outing with St. Francis at 3..." Third, if you're talking about whether a prayer will "work" i.e. you're asking for something (as opposed to just praising), dintinguishing better and worse prayers suggests that praying requires some sort of skill or talent in which certain methods are more likely to properly work. That's magic, not prayer. Prayer is a request, not a system.

False, the more specific the prayer, the more effective.
If you tell someone that you want a car, and you get a Mazda when you really wanted a Mercedes, you'll understand that the more detail, the better. Prayers should be long, unless they need to be vague or general. But I always say the more detail, the more energy put into it. And, the better the results.

True, seeing as how it's better for no prayer at all.

As far as the Bible goes, the fewer the words the better.

It all depends. Just like our relationship with our spouses or family and friends. Sometimes short, to the point responses are efficient and sometimes a long drawn out explanation or conversation is required. Sometime, even, to say nothing at all is necessary! It all depends on how your heart is at the moment of divine prayer.

when you pray, you are speaking to God almighty.Does he hear our prayers? what should we pray for? Praying to God strenghthens our relationship with him.Does God listen to all prayers? Isaiah 1:15 says "Even though you make many prayers,I am not listening ; with bloodshed your very hands have become filled".
If you want prayers to be heard from God you need to meet some minimum requirements.
You must have Faith. He that approches God must believe that God is real, and that He becomes the rewarder of those that seek Him. Hebrews chapter11:verse 6
Sincere approach to God is also required,Be respectful after all he is GOD ALMIGHTY!
Another thing is God wants you to help him! whatever you pray for work ernestly toward that goal as best you can and let Him help you along the way. Let Him give to you this day your daily bread. Who do you pray to ? Jesus said it quite nicely at matthew chapter 6 verse nine pray to OUR FATHER which is in heaven. What do you pray for? Pray for anything as long as it is in harmony with the will of God.How long should our prayers be?The length of the prayer may vary according to needs and circumstances. How often should you pray? matthew 26:41 Pray incessantly! Why should we say amen at the end of the prayer? amen means so be it or surely also at the end..it is important for all of us to pray in the name of Jesus. Jesus is the saviour of the world. Jesus gave his life for all ..not just christians nor just jews nor just muslims . Jesus came down here to relieve sinful mankind of the burden of sin and death. The whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one. We the people of the earth need each other to come together to please God. Muslims and Jews and christians all worship the same God ,The true God.The God of Abraham. God uses his angels to answer prayers..ask God to send you a messenger..so that you may understand where you fit in his purpose.
