Define "evil".
The whole world? 0%. There is nothing in the natural world that can qualify as "evil". The world simply is.
As for humanity? I'd guess that somewhere between 2-6% of the pupulation at most is genuinely and deliberately misanthropic. But oh, the damage that they can do...

Pure evil? Probably only 1 percent. There's a ton of others who are good people that run into bad situations and circumstances.

I don't believe in such a thing as good and evil, perhaps good and evil (immoral, selfish, horrific?) acts at most. If I had to put a number to the number of people who commit these terrible acts often, maybe 5% at most? Most people, even if they have a bad streak, know when to draw the line.

Nothing is evil. Good and evil aren't substances that you can measure percentages of. They are just judgements by people of other things. And those judgements disagree with each other. If someone says that something is evil, that says more about the person judging than anything else.
