Now Krsna has many kinds of avatars like shatkavesh Avatar, Guna Avatar, Aves Avatar etc.
Now, generally, we understand that Krishna is triyuga Avatari, but also He descends as Caitanya Mahaprabhu in some Kali yugas. We also know that He also has othe Avatars like Parasuram.
My question is, is there a possibility for Bhagavan to descend as, perhaps, a Shaktyavesh Avatar or something else in Kali Yuga?
Are all the Avatars, described in the Vedas or are some not?
sometimes Jesus Christ is described as a saktavesa avatara (--srila Sridhara Maharaja)

This may seem like a weird question, but there is a reason why I asked it. Give it some thought and let me know what you think.

If this global warming takes place and the whole world floods due to the melting of the artic and antartic. Will there be another Noah to save the animal population and a few humans (hopefully of every race so there is no confusion to why there is so many races if everyone was meant to have drowned in the floods of Noahs day).
Will there be a new Noah in the future?
or am I just way off the mark

Jesus told Christians to pay their taxes. The church accepted tax exemption in exchange for their silence in politics. Now they have fully immersed themselves in politics without giving up the tax exempt status which is illegal. Shouldn't the church just pay their taxes rather than lie and sneak around pretending that they are not involved in politics?

Dr. Kennedy of Coral Ridge even went so far on the radio as to tell Christians that it was a sin to not vote based on Jesus statement to render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's and then said it was a sin to vote for anyone who supports abortion. In other words, it's a sin to not vote for George Bush who was running for president at the time.
I bet he still doesn't render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's. The Bible says to abstain from all appearances of evil. The Nazarene church I used to attend would let local candidates come in and use the pulpit to spew their false promises. Shame on them!!!

A decision by the makers of Big Brother (Australia) to not tell a contestant her father has died has been condemned as inhumane, unethical and psychologically damaging.

Contestant Emma's father Raymond Cornell died last week and his funeral was held on Monday in Adelaide, but the 24-year-old is still unaware of his death.

This really makes me sick.. I think she has a right to know.. If this is how media and money influence the world, than i think its a suckie place to live... What are your thoughts on this?

When the dancer becomes the dance, or the musician becomes the music...

Is it only by gaining a level of mastery so that something becomes effortless, a natural part of oneself, that one truly experiences the Tao?

I am in a group with some people who are stuck in the victim mentality. I was wondering if anyone knows of any christian books or bible studies that our group could do to help these women realize they have this mentality and snap out of it.

Christianity is supposedly a monotheistic religion... that is, it supposedly represents the oneness of God. However, instead of drawing all sustenance and inspiration from this ultimate unity of all things and beings, most Christians I have met place their religion, the Bible, and their various conceptions of Jesus as the supreme authority to give themselves up to. By doing this they essentially make these things into idols. They do not stop here, however. They also claim that God has an antithesis in a being called Satan. By creating such a duality in their minds they blatantly deny the supreme sovereignty and oneness of God.
Such blatant idolotry brings nothing good into this world. Deny it if you will; it's still idolatry.

The fact that each one has a gift or a tongue or a word of knowledge or wisdom or prophesy... should it not be utilized. Is it fair that just one brother or sisters gets up and preaches the word because they have spent time in the word while the rest of us just sit back and take it all in. Is this according the the New Testatment in Acts?
