If a man turns himself into a woman, according to your religious beliefs what sex would it be okay to date? If he dates women he would appear gay to the outside world because he's now a 'woman.' But if he dates a man, even though he doesn't appear gay in actuality he would be because he was born a man.

At some points in the bible, they are using "daughter or so and so" or "paralyzed man" or just unspecific names, but at some other points they are using names like "Pilate, Sodom, Canaan" There are many names listed of people and places that sounds very specific. What is the importance or meaning of this?

I hear alot of people say they know His Name, they know He died on a cross, but not too many seem to have heard the rest of the story. Or they'll say, "if Jesus were alive today, what would He be doing?"

Well I'm here to testify that I have met Him and He is VERY much alive. God raised Jesus from the grave on the third day after they'd buried Him. When Mary went to visit His grave, the stone that was placed in from of it was rolled away and the grave was empty. He also reappeared to His disciples, Thomas couldn't believe it was really Jesus, until he to put His finger where the holes in His hands & His side were.

Okay, people say Jesus died for their sins. Is that all he did? Did he feel any pain while dying? Why is it he was able to perform miracles yet was supposed to be human? I don't get the whole thing. He truly died but is there any evidence he felt pain while dying? Is it written in the bible? If he lived a normal life wouldn't he have to deal with the things regular people did? He must have had a beard unless he shaved. If he shaved he would have had to have cut himself sometimes. He would have had to cut his hair. His breath would have reeked if he didn't rinse and brush his teeth. He'd probably have some painful cavities too. He must have banged himself up as a kid too. All kids get bruises etc. If he never got bruised etc then why would he feel pain? Anyone with bible references to Jesus showing that he felt pain?

Seeing is believeing or believeing is seeing?

Which do you see as most true?


In my opinion, believing is seeing.

I have read through some questions and answers about
evidence. And how neither side can prove nor disprove
in theory the existance or non existance of God.

I dont have some profound revelation or anything just
was sitting here thinking.

I wonder, If someone that did not believe in God...
hypothetically speaking...........what if you were at a hospital
what IF there was a person there who had just had a bad
accident and lost a leg, what IF someone prayed over them
and there leg grew right infront of your eyes back to normal.
I know this seems really outragous to some but its a what
IF senerio........would you then believe there was a God?
Would you consider this proof? Would you seek God, or
would you seek an explination or both?
IF you then believed would it be believing , or seeing?
To me seeing something isnt believing. Because you see it.

There are certain situations that people have that I encounter or they bring a problem situation to me. In the past I found myself counseling and giving advice in their situation in which I have not experienced. For example, at least two people have told me about a problem that they are having in their marriage. I believe I have good advice for them, but I am not, nor have I ever been married.
Is it possible to still give wise advice and counsel in a situation you have never experienced.

Now if man is made in God's image then God must be somewhat like man I guess. If man is capable of creating technology and so virtual worlds, then God must be capable of this too. In a virtual world anything could be possible.Could heaven be a virtual world created by God? I guess any existence after the present would be virtual.

Seriously, throughout the history of the Bible, God has tested many men by sitting back while they were tormented and suffered to see if they would betray him or denounce his name. Job and even his son Jesus had to suffer in order to gain God's trust.

Why did many Jews get angry and denounce God's name during the Holocaust because of their suffering when plenty of Jews suffered for centuries before? What makes you special? Why do people nowadays pray to him to help them when God will do what he pleases regardless of what you ask of him? Why would you even attempt to interfere with his action/inaction? Don't you think he knows what he wants to do?

i was thinking of those kids who are taught since birth they must kill others to protect themselves, child soldiers, or the ones who are abducted and forced to fight and kill. killing is obviously wrong but why should this child go to hell when he was forced at a time of innocence? do you think they should be punished?
