They have several meetings a week and a couple of them are for the purpose of training people to go door to door and be effective in converting people. They are coached on how to get past the objections that people might raise and to get them to study the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses. Mostly though they study the Watchtower books with people and then look up the Scriptures which are interpreted in a way that fits into what it says in the Watchtower books.
The Bible says that women are to be silent in church and not teach men, so they get around that scripture by having the women talk to each other while the men observe, which is a tricky way of women teaching men while not doing it directly.
Their methods are pretty effective.

Jehovah's Witnesses read the bible, pray, and preach. While this may seem fundamental to true Christianity, it remains astounding just how few self-described "Christians" perform any of these three with any personal regularity.
(Joshua 1:8) This book of the law should not depart from your mouth, and you must in an undertone read in it day and night, in order that you may take care to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way successful and then you will act wisely.
(1 Thessalonians 5:17) Pray incessantly.
(Luke 6:45) A good man brings forth good out of the good treasure of his heart... for out of the heart’s abundance his mouth speaks.
By doing these things, true Christians help assure themselves of the gift of holy spirit during times of intense spiritual discussion.
(Luke 12:11-12) Do not become anxious about how or what you will speak in defense or what you will say; for the holy spirit will teach you in that very hour the things you ought to say.”

They have what is called the Theocratic Ministry school, which teaches them how to preach to people. Every week they conduct a meeting where a brother gives a short talk on a topic given to him. The women aren't allowed to give talks, but they have what is called a house holder and the witness that also is given a topic and has to create a dialog for her and the householder to read from. They learn how to over come barriers and how to preach to people while going door to door. They are all graded, if you didn't present/research your information properly , you have to do it again. If you do a good enough job, you pass and wait another few months, depending on population, to another one.

If you want correct info on Jehovah's Witnesses, this forum is not the place to get it. Instead, you will get stupid or misinformed remarks.

Apologise for what? Not being a part of the world, or not being Sunday only Christians?

They are trained to use the same terminology as true believers, but their definitions are different. They will not reason from the True Translations of the Bible, only their already disproved NWT version.
