God made us male and female, and cutting parts off or adding parts on and taking hormones, does not change our gender. If the man stopped taking hormones, he'd grow a beard back and look like he did before, except in the shower. Whether before or after conversion, the man had better be dating the opposite gender to that which he was before he lost his identity struggle. If a man who has mutilated himself comes to Christ, he should return to what God made him, and tell women that he dates what mess he has made of his body so they know what they are getting, or won't be getting if they should marry.

Satan can tell people lies and they think it is the truth. He is after all the master of lies. Once a person has been lead astray if they become a Christan then God will put it on their heart what they should do. Thank God that no sin done by man can not be forgiven through the blood of Christ. The problem is that when sin takes a person that far the likely hood of them repenting is not very great. But all things are possible to the Lord.
It is my opinion that a person who changed their appearance to the other sex should not date at all.

As Jesus said,"You do errr not knowing the Scriptures." Since Jesus paid the whole sin debt for the whole world (not just the Church) before any of us today were even born, there were no sins left out. The only sin that condemns a soul to Hell is "Unbelief in Jesus." Scripture says, "And this is the condemnation (what condemns) that they believed not, in the Only Begotten Son Of God, that they might be saved." also, "He that believes is saved, and he that believes not, is condemned already." First of all, any man that would turn himself into a woman, is inspire by demonic forces tormenting his life. It is a "unnatural" act to transform yourself from one sex to another. If this person were to give his life to the Lord, then the Holy Spirit would restore that person to the natural state God intended them to be. Once you accept Christ, you become who God originally intended you to be, and not what you felt you should be. You will begin to see things through God's eye. This is a complex question because once you are in Christ, if you remove or manipulate your sex organs, God can supernaturally restore them. Those who are eunuchs become eunuchs in Christ because they made that decision while in Christ and not a matter of seeking a transgender transformation. So, my point is just if you are going to except Christ, you will be who God created you to be, no matter what decisions you made prior in life.

I'm not trying to be judgemental, but my personal opinion is that if you are born a man, that's what you ought to be when they put you in the coffin.
Once the transformation has been completed, however, I can honestly say that, knowing the situation, I believe that dating the woman would be more acceptable. Remember, though, this is my personal opinion.

Once a man always a man in Gods eyes. Modern medicine can change the outward appearance of our bodies, but only God can change our consciousness. When we stand before Christ Jesus, in all His glory, He will see us exactly as He created us, Man or Woman.
God Bless You....Peace.

first of all the person needs help for denying his true self as a man or vice versa. The person needs to accept the fact they were born a man and need to conduct his life as such.

The traditional Christian church would say that the person is being blasphemic when he or she thinks that God's decision on what sex they were born with was wrong.
The more modern Christian church would accept you for who you are and discard your past. Love Jesus and love yourself.

sorry but my religious beliefs say not to judge, whether he or she is gay or straight, God look upon the Heart, and judges accordingly.
sexual preference is between you and God.
