Only if you are Jewish.

According to Jesus, Peter and Paul, Christians no longer need to keep kosher.

Under Old Testament dietary laws, yes, shrimp are unclean.
This does not apply to New Testament believers.

The dietary laws of the bible were only commanded for the Jews. The biblical laws for all humanity are contained in the seven laws of Noah. Here's a little more info about these seven laws:

I believe you cannot eat shrimp as part of the Jewish kosher diet.

Yes, and lobster, and pork, and oysters, and......the list is long. It is right there beside "laying with a man as a woman," and mixed fiber cloth (if you wear a cotton / poly blend, you are damned, just as Christians damn Gays...same degree of sin in the Stupid book of Leviticus.
