When the dancer becomes the dance, or the musician becomes the music...

Is it only by gaining a level of mastery so that something becomes effortless, a natural part of oneself, that one truly experiences the Tao?

When you become "at one with" and the flow of Chi is through your body in a way that unites you with the art, then you have united and become joined with...that is the meaning of "not doing"... nothing artificial exists in your art form as you are now the embodiment of that art form...as in becoming part of a greater consciousness.

Looking at the level of expertise that truly great masters achieved, it seems that Lao Tse described just that. Although he himself admits in the Tao Te Ching his own difficulty to define and describe Tao, I always have the impression that this was a man who was able to open the door just a little bit to steal a tiny glimpse of an ultimate truth.

"Not doing" means master of nothing because you are not doing anthing so you are mastering nothing.

Your logiic is wrong. "The dancer dance the music while the musician play the music.

How come the dancer become the dance? and how come the musician become the music?
who taught you that way?
